Thank you for discussing level 8 AND level 9 boards. So many comp videos and sites just assume you're playing every comp as fast 9 and don't talk about the late game transition.

I'm not convinced the Irelia IE bug was actually fixed, the stats look almost the exact same. It's basically performing as well as LW which makes no sense given thats just a stat stick. Weird stuff, maybe I'm wrong though.

This set is not playable anymore. Im serious. Just do a jeweled guantlet, spear of shojin and a rabadon cap with crap units and u are good to rekt.
