@@muazsarang3933 actually if you check the in game names, the ones you can find anywhere and have a dragonspine variant are indeed foxes. The ones in inazuma are referred to as kitsune. Although imo the kitsune look more foxy than the actual foxes

Could it be that the kitsune originally came from Dandelion Sea?
- Kitsune are not native to Inazuma, they came from mainland Teyvat long ago.
- Both kitsune and fox in Dandelion sea can have human form.
perhaps kitsune may have been the localized name for these foxes...
this reminds me of studying, an endless cycle of learning and relearning something over and over again hoping that something changes in your brain and you can actually understand what your trying to study.

It is, but it’s uncertain whether it’s a time loop, or the fox is simply attempting repeatedly to change his heart, and erasing his mind each time he fails.

I do believe that is what she was hoping he would do. It’s possible even that maybe he was once a fox, and forgot his former life…. His need to hunt may have born of the typical life of a fox, but once he learned to become human maybe he became too distant from his family… and eventually forgot them…
From that perspective it makes the fox’s attempts to turn his heart even more sad.
@@TeyvatHistoria man this story is sad. So maybe something made him forget about the girl he use to love wich is the mother fox in the story, but I still don't get why the books made a loop, it doesn't make sense.
Could Bennett be the little fox? No one knows his real parents and he has insane bad luck which might be the side effect of turning human. And he befriended Razor as the little fox wanted to. Just a theory though.

I have a question tho, the books in the game, they have really high secrets and lore, so are they like written from some authors to match there in the world of teyvat, or are these like literal stories that are from mihoyo which we will encounter in future. Because you have to buy and collect as traveler I always find that quite weird. And to be honest they put more effort and make greater stories for books on the archive than some quests themselves.
I’ve always understood these books to be akin to historical documents or “tall” tales of Teyvat.
That said even such tall tales often were once rooted in an actual event, so it’s likely MHY’s intent that some aspect of many of these stories should be considered actual events…. Or if nothing else they help to reaffirm the values, ethics and personality of the world.

Is the fox lady trying to change the man to no longer want to hunt animals? A part of me doesn't think so because of the last line at 22:49. If she's not then what's the purpose of sending the hunter into a time loop? I assume it's to make sure he doesn't harm any more animals but that doesn't align with the "foxes are grateful notion" that she was saying.
If the fox lady is trying to get him to change and not want to hunt animals anymore, I can't help but question her method of doing so. I feel like making a person relive the same scenario with almost no memory of them reliving it would always result in the same outcome.
TL;DR I'm confused about the ending.

BRO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BENNETT'S PARENTS MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT IT
He & Noelle somewhat resemble each other being Albino & having Greenish eyes too, they have some vague interaction with each other but were ignorant & rather focus on their goal of being an Adventurer & a Knight since they were those who had raised them lovingly seperately.
They also contrast each other about Benett being prone to danger as if hated by Teyvat with all dozens of coincidences of him accepting & coping from bad luck?
While Noelle isn't (Most made her ran errands so she won't be ignorantly in danger just as the time of her sacrifice to fetch & save Reckless Pallad stranded in Dragonspine, get unconscious when she returned barely for many days then gain Geo vision when she woke up in bed) but daring to go against danger since she is unnaturally stronger than her maiden physique implies.
I wonder if it were just me mentioning those two this way.

it was in loop for the whole entirety of the Man's life. He didn't noticed that it was in loop that is why there is this deja vu he kept feeling about the girl and the lake. start reading back to 19:43 and til the end. prolly u'll understand that part since there's a hint of summation of the loop.
He wished to become a better hunter. As a fox, she's going to feel very uncomfortable with that. Remember, he was going to eat her at the beginning for fox carrot stew

Synopsis: It’s all a loop. The fox and the man in the story both live each other. This is why the man keeps thinking that she “must be” the girl he loved. But he dismisses it as magic, and his desire to obtain the magic despite his love for her, and hers for him wins over time and time again…. She knows in his heart that he will always be a hunter, and giving him the magic will make life much more dangerous for her and her Childe… So she sends him away. The story begins and ends with the same lines because she keeps trying to change his heart, but continues to fail.

@@TeyvatHistoria I understand the story. But to me this still isn't particularly sad. Looking at the two's relationship, it's clear that they tried in the past, possibly having that child in the process. The issue being, if you think about it, they're really just a toxic relationship that won't stop trying to get back together. If there's this type of issue going on, the two shouldn't be together to begin with. Also, while it doesn't mention it in the story (because it literally can't...) I think this entire thing is something they agreed on. I think they're doing this for the betterment of their child and to roll the dice on whether resetting the relationship will mend things. If it doesn't work relationship wise, she can send him on his way and try again while still teaching the child. I think each part of the story is another loop, hence why he's learning so quickly, and the only reason we're seeing the story is because the hunter is carrying a journal and she hasn't noticed it on him.
To me this just really isn't a sad story...
