Maybe phase 5 can show miles and showing Peter being a father and training Miles. While phase 6 showing Peter dieing and showing Ben becoming a new mentor and at the end Miles becoming spider man. Then phase 7 and 8 is Miles as Spiderman and Ben becoming a father figure for May. And 9 and maybe 10 has a time jump showing an older Miles,Ben,Mj, and May and While dealing with more villains and Miles training May to become a new super hero and letting Miles retire and May becoming spider women

I came up with a semi-Spider-Man Life Story movie SAGA adaption.
Based much more on the comics than the majority of the movies, more specifically 616, with a bit of Ultimate Spider-Man, with style Inspired by Spectacular Spider-Man, but on an even more mature/darker tone.
I’ve been thinking about how I would handle a Spider-Man trilogy recently (Not a cinematic universe, I like it to be a simple story, all around the theme of the lengths a person will go to in desperation to get the best for their loved ones, and I’d also like to wrap up all plot threads neatly, have no hints towards anything else in the future, and give a good ending which feels deserved) so here’s what I’d do:
Spider-Man: Year One
Peter becoming Spider-Man after Uncle Ben’s death, going to High School (Classmates include Harry Osborn, Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy, Liz Allan, Randy Robertson, Flash Thompson and Janice Lincoln). Peter will be bullied by Flash and Liz due to how he is seen as a nerd, which will be Peter’s first show of power as he punches Flash, which stops the bullying. Peter and Harry would be set up as childhood best friends, Harry will be dating MJ, Peter’s next door neighbour and classmate, Norman will be shown as the owner of Oscorp and a very successful business man who is also just an all around nice guy who just wants to help his family, which includes giving Harry the company when he is old enough. Peter will fight low level crime such as assaults and drug deals, but some will seem a little bit off, like weapon trades at dockyards. Peter uses all of his fights to take photos for the Daily Bugle, who he works for, and he gives his photos to Robbie Robertson, the father of Randy Robertson, who hands them over to J. Jonah Jameson, the father of the successful astronaut John Jameson, who the Daily Bugle focused their articles on until Spider-Man came about, and Peter will work with the likes of Ned Leeds and Betty Brant. Robbie Robertson and Randy Robertson will be heavily involved with Janice Lincoln and her father, Lonnie Lincoln, as Robbie and Lonnie have been friends since childhood, but something will be off with Lonnie, as if something’s on his mind. Peter will fight his biology teacher, Dr. Kurt Connors, who turns himself into a lizard as he wants his other arm back as he believes he’ll be able to raise his son better with another arm. Connors will be told by his family that he doesn’t need the other arm to be a good father, and it will be revealed that he used Oscorp tech shipped directly to him by the company to create the serum, which will seem suspicious to Peter. Peter will also get with Gwen Stacy at the end, and be fired by the Daily Bugle for refusing to provide photos from the Lizard fight as he doesn’t want to shame Connors.
Spider-Man: Downfall
Peter will be at a good place in his life in this film; his life as Spider-Man will be going well and his relationship with Gwen will be going well too. Peter will be in his last year of High School in this film too. The character in the worst position in this film will be Norman Osborn, who is being blamed by his company board for shipping out the tech to Kurt Connors, when it was never him, and he is being investigated by Gwen’s father, Captain George Stacy of the NYPD. Norman will develop a hatred for Spider-Man in this film too, as he believes that if it wasn’t for him defeating the Lizard, this would’ve never been publicised by the media. Peter will begin to work for both Front Line (A newspaper company formed by Robbie Robertson, Betty Brant and Ned Leeds after Peter was fired from the Bugle by Jameson) and Oscorp in this film as Norman notices how skilled Peter is in technology, and Peter uses it as an excuse to investigate the company because he believes Norman would’ve never done something like that, and that something is amiss. Norman will also be investigating his own company for signs of corruption, and he comes across secret projects, such as mech suits and super serums, all with his name assigned to it when he was never involved. Norman realises what would happen if any of it got out into the public, like the reputation of the company dying and Harry not being able to take over, so he takes some mech armor and a serum, which increases his strength, but turns him insane, becoming the Goblin. He then hunts down Captain George Stacy to kill him and stop him from investigating. Peter tries to stop him, but Norman manages to blow up Captain Stacy’s car, killing him and throwing Gwen out of the car and off the bridge. Peter tries to save her, but fails, which kills her. Peter, enraged, begins to lash out and kills the Goblin, but realises it was Norman and finally figures out what he has just done. Peter will hang up the mantle of Spider-Man, attend all 3 funerals, also his graduation, even though it was very much begrudgingly, and stop working for Front Line. Harry will also break up with MJ and move away from New York with his mother to avoid the Oscorp controversy, as the company shuts down with the secret projects and Norman’s death becoming very public.
Spider-Man: Comeback
Peter will suffer with PTSD from Norman’s, Gwen’s and Captain Stacy’s death, blaming himself for all 3, and in the absence of Spider-Man due to this, Lonnie Lincoln will come out of the woodwork as the man behind all organised crime in New York, also known as the Tombstone. Lonnie will take all of Oscorp’s assets (as it will be revealed that his gang infiltrated the company to shut it down). The mech suits are intended for Lonnie’s gang, but one with wings is stolen by Janice, who becomes the Beetle to stop her father. Lonnie hires Herman Schultz, a man who is struggling to look after his younger brother after paying for their parents’ funerals, and pays him to bring Janice back (due to his skills in thievery and engineering) and he is given a suit with vibration gauntlets and becomes the Shocker. Peter will start college with everyone from High School but Harry and Gwen, but MJ will try and make friends with Peter due to everything he’s been through, even if it doesn’t work. Peter will eventually warm up to MJ and become very good friends, having major chemistry between them, and he will also come back as Spider-Man after a push from both his Aunt May and MJ, who both knew for a good while. Peter will help Janice fight Herman and Lonnie, and Lonnie will try to reason with Janice that it was all to keep her safe, but she knows her father just wants to use his power irresponsibly, as his chemical spill that gave him powers will be revealed. Lonnie will be arrested, Herman will be let go as Peter knows he had a good reason for what he did, Janice will destroy her suit and Herman’s suit and stop being a hero, Peter comes back as Spider-Man full time, gets with MJ, continues on with college and rejoins Front Line after the Daily Bugle files for bankruptcy, and Janice is taken in by the Robertsons almost like an adopted daughter to Robbie or an adopted sister to Randy.
Edit: Just wanna clear some stuff up because I realised some of it was a bit unclear:
1. Janice doesn’t want Lonnie to take over the city, she just wants him to be a good father, hence why she stops being the Beetle after he gets arrested as it was her last ditch effort to make him change, but it failed.
2. The Spider is from Oscorp, but just like the serum, armor and the Lizard project, were all brought about by Lonnie’s gang taking over the company.
3. Lonnie is in control of all crime throughout the trilogy besides petty theft and assault.
Here’s some stuff I’d like to add or rewrite too:
1. Harry and MJ won’t be dating, as Peter, Harry and MJ have been friends since childhood. MJ will also be best friends with Janice in High School, which is why she pushes Peter to be Spider-Man again to help her.
2. Kurt Connors and Herman Schultz are neighbours. Kurt’s son and Herman’s brother are friends at school. Herman will also be given some of Lonnie’s money by Janice to pay for his parents’ funerals (Which Peter, MJ, Aunt May, Robbie, Randy, Janice, Kurt and Kurt’s family will all attend to support Herman) and to help out with his brother.
Also if anyone is wondering why I chose Beetle, Tombstone and Shocker to end the trilogy instead of the likes of Kingpin, Venom and Black Cat, it’s because I wanted to keep everything as a self contained story and not go too ridiculous with alien slime that bonds to people or with Peter choosing Black Cat over MJ, when he has known MJ his whole life, and plus, all 3 villains just didn’t fit with the overall theme of the trilogy.
One thing I’d like to see in a Maximum Carnage movie like that is during the final battle where Spidey and Venom are fighting Carnage, there can be a scene where Carnage has Venom down for a bit and with Peter left Carnage starts to threaten MJ and their kid by saying he’s gonna wait to kill Peter and let MJ have the kid so he can have Peter witness Carnage kill MJ and their kid to torture Peter (maybe have a reference to the comic where Carnage can say something like “Maybe I’ll throw the kid out of a window or something”) and then kill him and hearing Carnage threaten his family like that makes Peter furious and starts beating the crap out of Carnage without any effort or even getting hit kind of like SwagWave SM’s Spider-Man VS Green Goblin video

I would like to try.
Phase 1:
Spider-Man (2023): This movie skips over the origin and focuses on developing the major characters. The main villain of this movie will be Maxwell Dillon/Electro.
Spider-Man 2: Rise Of The Kingpin (2025): In this movie, we see Kingpin hire the Enforcers (consisting of Felicia Hardy, Fancy Dan and Mac Gargan) to take down Spider-Man. We will also see Peter and Gwen's relationship develop. Fancy Dan and Mac Gargan are defeated but Felicia escapes.
Hardy Season 1 (2026): In this season of Hardy, we will see Felicia Hardy leave Kingpin and start a new life in North Carolina. This is a slow season with not much action.
Osborn (2027): This movie focuses on the beginning Norman Osborn's downfall. We see him and Adrian Toomes' rivalry.
Spider-Man 3: Split Up (2029): In this movie, we see Peter, Harry and Gwen begin to slowly split up and go down their own paths. The villain of this movie will be Sandman.
Venom (2030): This is the final movie of Phase 1. We see the birth of the Venom symbiote and how it ruins the life of a scientist named Jeffrey. Jeffrey becomes the first Venom. However, the military will defeat the first Venom.
Phase 2:
Spider-Man 4: Growing Up (2033): In this movie, we will see Peter mature. Harry will struggle to get the acceptance of his father. The main villain of this movie will be Lizard.
Hardy Season 2 (2033): In this season of Hardy, we see Felicia become a vigilante called Black Cat. Black Cat will attempt to take down Kingpin throughout the season. She will befriend Jalome Beacher (who later becomes Slyde).
Kingpin (2034): This movie is a flashback movie showing the rise of Kingpin. Walter Hardy does in fact appear in this movie.
Kraven (2035): In this movie, we meet Kraven The Hunter. This movie will also set up the next movie in the cinematic universe.
Spider-Man 5: The First Hunt (2037): This movie focuses on Peter's ego getting out of hand. We will see Kraven The Hunter as the main villain. Sandman does briefly return though.
Hardy Season 3 (2037): This season of Hardy focuses on Black Cat and Jalome Beacher defeat Kingpin when a new enemy shows up: Silvermane.
Phase 3:
Silversable (2041): In this movie, we meet Silversable, an assassin working for Silvermane. We will see Silversable try to kill Black Cat and later redeem herself.
Spider-Man 6: Secrets Of The Dead (2044): This movie will focus on Peter trying to hide his identity from Aunt May. Throughout the movie, we see Aunt May almost learn Peter is Spider-Man. Kraven The Hunter comes back from the dead as the main villain.
Hardy Season 4 (2045): This is the final season of Hardy. It focuses on Black Cat, Jalome Beacher and Silversable try to finally defeat Silvermane.
Morales (2047): This movie takes place in an alternate universe. This movie is Miles' origin story. We do see Aaron Davis in this movie. The main villain of this movie will be Frederick Foswell/Big Man.
Venom: Return Of The Symbiote (2048): In this movie, Eddie Brock gets the Venom symbiote.
Spider-Man 7: Attack Of The Beetle (2050): In this movie, Peter will meet Jalome Beacher. In this movie, Beetle will cause chaos all over New York. We will also see Venom fight Spider-Man.

I love almost everything about it except that you make Harry evil it's like that people think that's Harry's only use. Instead, I would do what the ultimate show did & make Norman obsessed with making an army with spider-man's blood & only caring about Harry when he becomes venom being closer to that goal & at the final battle against the green goblin would join Peter as venom & sacrifice himself protecting his best friend besides you did use the ultimate origin where he's genetic experiment instead of being an alien
