Thank God I took my time to listen to Andrew myself and ignore the voice of the naysayers and those that are percecuting him. When I came across the clips criticising him on the internet, something urged me to insist on listening to his teachings and they transformed my life in a tremendeous way. This man is living the word of God.
God bless you Sir!!!! From SA🇿🇦

Here are some of the ways to study the Bible:
    * A Specific Book of the Bible. You can research the author, who it’s written to, the date and place where it was written, the theme/s, the purpose of the book, and so on.
    * A Topic of Interest. This kind of study is called “topical”. Examples of this study is on subjects like healing, prayer, the Holy Spirit, and so on.
    * A Character Study. Studying great men and women of faith can help us greatly. We can begin to piece together the clues about their lives and learn from them.
    * A Word Study. This is similar to a topical study, although it focuses on a specific word. We discover every single way that word is used throughout the Old and/or New Testaments.
    * A Saturation Study. This means to completely saturate yourself with a specific portion of scripture. The idea is to pull out a specific passage, and then read that passage over and over and over getting completely full of that scripture.
Let’s study and be hearers, readers, and doers of God’s Word!

Awesome!!!! I loved the last question and the answer Sir Andrew gave is LIFE. 24 hours Meditating on the Word is so important. The 4 ways to study the bible also is an awesome thing. My question to Sir Andrew is when will we have videos created to change peoples imagination be made? For a person who is Born into a believers family or has started his journey with God at a very young age is taught to study the bible and keep their mind stayed upon the Lord, but for a grown-up Born again Christian it is a tough task as there are many distractions today that can take your attention away especially if married and having family not having the same heart condition as ours. I was able to dig deep into the word just downloading all of Sir Andrews teachings and listening to it day and night. its been 7 years I have been doing this but the one issue I faced was focus and imagination and that I started getting from watching all the movies made on the bible and that helped me a lot on my imagination and keeping my focus right. All of AWMI Videos, Programmes helped me a lot but the world also knows and understands this and has started to make movies and programs to indoctrinate the wrong things to this generation and in our kids. The music, videos and movies feed wrong teachings and doctrine and there is nothing that Christians are doing to fight back. I do see a few people who made programmes like The AD series that came out and just abruptly ended and now the series Chosen from Vidangel (Chosen TV) being made and also people Dr. Kent Hovind (DAL Park and Creation videos), Rob Skiba and AOC Network with their videos and programs are trying a lot to educate the young kids to move away from the secular education and programs and movies. I pray Ministries like AWMI, KCMI, and Joyce Meyer gets into making Movies and Programmes to educate and get peoples imagination back in the right order. Visuals speak a 1000 words is what I had heard a long time ago. Mel Gibson started something really good and I hope we can get more of this being done by anointed people who really can teach and convey the right message.

    • @AndrewWommackMin
      @AndrewWommackMin  Před 3 lety +2

Hi, Julieth! We want to encourage you that God wants to help all of His children receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. All we have to do is ask (Luke 11:11-13)!
Being baptized with the Spirit allows us to walk in His freedom and His power. When we simply ask for the Holy Spirit, we receive! God does not withhold good gifts from us. We can ask in confidence!
Speaking in tongues is part of the amazing power that the Holy Spirit gives us. Speaking in tongues edifies us (1 Cor 14:4), refreshes us (Isa 28:11-12), and keeps us aware of the love of God (Jude 20-21).
We encourage you to simply ask your Father for the gift of His Holy Spirit right now and release the gift of speaking in tongues!
The manifestation of tongues sounds different for everyone, but one thing is always the same: the person must start speaking in order to activate the gift. God is not going to force anyone to do anything, including speaking in tongues.
The sounds that you begin to make may sound like foolishness to your mind, (1 Cor. 14:2, 14-15), but that is because it is your spirit praying, not your mind! Your spirit is praying a perfect prayer! We encourage you to press through any thoughts of foolishness by faith and allow your spirit to speak through your vocal cords.
For more information on this topic, we encourage you to listen to Andrew's teaching "What is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit?" You can listen to it for free here: l.awmi.net/NewYouHolySpirit

Please let us know how this goes and if you have any other questions. We are excited to be able to help you as you receive this amazing gift that God has made available to everyone in the Body of Christ! Blessings! - AWMI Team

I don't know if you have gotten these notes yet, if not here you go.
      LBS Notes 6/18/19
      Andrew Wommack and Carrie Pickett
      How to Study the Bible
“Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.” -Psalms
      119:18
“Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures.” -Luke
24:45• Ask God to reveal His truth to you.
      • The Bible is not written to your head; it is written to your heart.
      • It takes a revelation from God.
      • The baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues will make the
      Word come alive to you.
      • Carrie prays in tongues before she opens the Word.
      • How you approach the Word makes a huge difference.
      • Open the Word with expectation, but don’t make it a formula.
      • It’s a heart attitude. Open up your heart.
      • If you desire the truth, God will reveal it to you.
Four Different Ways to Study the Bible:
      1. Systematic-start at the beginning and go straight through to the end.
      2. Topical-studying by topic (e.g., healing, salvation, etc.)
      3. Word Study-studying the meanings of specific words.
      4. Meditation-most people don’t recognize that this is a form of studying the Word.
      a. Probably the most beneficial, but you can’t skip the other forms.
      b. You can’t meditate on what you don’t know.
Don’t get caught up on just one way to study and neglect the other ways.
      • It’s like working out. You can’t just work out and only build up your arms and neglect
      the rest of your body.
      • A word study is a good thing, but a systematic Bible study will force you to study things
you wouldn’t study because it was one of your favorite things.
      • If you don’t know the Lord intimately or if you’re newly saved, systematic Bible study
      is where you should start.
      • But you shouldn’t start in Genesis if you’re new in the Lord. Start with the New
Testament and just read through hard books such as Leviticus.
      • You need to study topically, especially if you need healing or something specific.
      • Word studies are really important as well. In Mark 6 where Jesus took the loaves and
      the fish and “looked up,” “looked up” means “anableppo:” “ana”-again or twice;
      “bleppo” means to see.
      • Jesus looked past the physical and into the spiritual.
      • Using all the different ways to study will give you a great balance.
      • You need to systematically be reading through the Bible, and at the same time do
word and topical studies as well.
      • Many people misunderstand meditation, and they don’t see it as being in the Word.
You can’t constantly read the Bible while you’re at work.
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and
night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt
make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” -Joshua 1:8
      • You do this through meditation.
“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of
sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in
his law doth he meditate day and night.” -Psalms 1:1-2
      • The word “meditate” is the Hebrew word “yester” which means “imagine.”
      • The same word is translated “imagine” in Psalms 2:1.
      • The way you meditate on the Word is to study something out, then close the Bible and
      meditate on it.
      • Take the Word and think about it until it paints a picture on the inside of you.
      • Your imagination allows you to see something with your heart that you can’t see with
      your natural eyes.
      • Many know that “by His stripes, I am healed.” But have you ever thought about it until
      you see yourself healed?
      • They may even pray the Word, but they don’t see themselves healed in their
      imagination.
      • The way you see yourself on the inside is the way it will be on the outside.
      • Some say, “Well, I just don’t know how to meditate.” The same part of you that
worries is the same part of you that meditates; it’s just in reverse.
      • You are thinking about something or meditating all the time.
      • You can filter everything through the Word and use your imagination to keep you mind
      stayed on the Lord.
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in
      thee.” -Isaiah 26:3
      • The word for “mind” in this verse is talking about your imagination and literally means
      “conception.”
      • In meditation or your imagination is literally where you conceive your miracle!
      • God will bring Scripture to your remembrance, but only if you already know it.

Hello, Thilakavathi! If you download the Living Commentary on your computer, you are, also, able to access the Living Commentary on your phone. We do not have a specific phone app, but the website is formatted to fit phones as well. We hope this helps! - AWMI Team
