How To Fill Gold Glitter Into Bubble Balloon ?
Step 1 : inflatable bubble balloon to normal size
Step 2 : deflate
Step 3 : Pour in glitter
Step 4: Inflatable balloons.NOTE: inflatable mouth must downward to prevent the gold powder from leaking out.
Step 5 : Tie balloons and shake it untill glitter spread out
