Guys, you do NOT have to pay dealer markups anymore…Not even on Raptors. Any dealers like this one asking $10K over - just stay away from them.
Out here in SoCal. Best I've found is $2K over.

Koons ford in the DC-Virginia area is charging 10k over on 37s, and 5k over on 35s. But their inventory is also sitting

Just checked around out of curiosity, and between 3 or 4 of my local dealers i saw 8 raptors for sale, 1 was a raptor R and 1 or 2 i know ive seen sitting for at least a few weeks

On the 37’s…. I think the 37’s look way better and give the truck a better look. Also like the graphics on the 37 package a lot more than the standard graphics
the v6 raptors can be ordered and delivered 4-6 months and the raptor r is a 3 yr wait

In the USA they are required to have the hooks in the backseat. But I don't understand why a family would need a truck like this unless all of them do monster trucks shows for a living.....pickups were originally made as work trucks for farmers . The open bed was to make it easier for them to haul around stuff
Are there any exhausts that make it sound good? I've got an identical truck but hate the exhaust note everywhere except closed and full throttle.

I have 1200 miles on the truck now and it has been a great truck so far. It is civilized when you drive it easy and it is impressive when you hammer on it. The sound of the exhaust is also much better that the V-6. I would have bought the TRX if the V-8 Raptor was not available. @@mikeprice8307

Can someone enlighten me on the appeal of these trucks? It’s $80k+ with a v6 and no bedliner. You can get an AT4 for less with better mpg, more towing, and arguably better off-road.
You've never owned a raptor then... an at4 is absolutely a downgrade compared to that raptor. I've had both.

Ben, really wish you read up on the difference between 37's vs 35s. Both are offroad capable and per the Ford Engineers 37's are not more offroad capable than the 35s. One is designed for more rock off-roading while the other is designed to tear it up in the desert. The 35s have more wheel travel than the 37s so off-roading in Baja, is better on the 35s. Ford Raptor Engineers said if you want to do more slow rock climbing, the 37s is the better choice.
Why in Gods green earth wouldn’t they put a damn bed liner. I will NEVER understand that decision. But a base truck has it. Yeah, I’m the crazy one.

Just picked up a 23 for 4200 under MSRP. The market is changing even for the Raptor. Dealers are working harder for your business. You'll still find some that think they can hold mark up's but they are sitting

@@brokenwrench404 I have, and the coyote is better on every level besides torque from ecoboost engines. Honestly I'd rather buy a base coyote truck 4x4 with 3.37 axle and throw a whipple on with e85. Would be less invested in than in a brand new raptor. And faster

Coyote motor is not better in ANY ASPECT over the H.O Ecoboost….. also if all you are worried about is being faster on pavement then you ( like most others) are missing the point of the Raptor.

And of course another dealership ripping off the customer. Might wanna mention they have a “market adjustment” for that raptor of $10k. Never buy from a dealership that contributes to way the car market is. Garbage. SO SAD. Stop promoting dealers that rob the customer. It's not what it used to be. With that said, the Raptor died years ago. Now it's just a lariat f150 with 7k in suspension upgrades. Nothing special..

I had a 2019 2nd gen before trading it in for a 4Runner TRD Pro because I was afraid I couldn’t park the Raptor after moving to a big city.
Oh man I miss having a Raptor 😢. The most comfortable vehicle for long trips and harsh weather conditions. It just goes everywhere and does everything I wanted it to do. But idk I live in PNW where hiking trails are narrow. Not sure if this thing can get in most of the trails 😂
