Terry MacCarthy on Cross Examination - Part 1

The first in a series of lectures Mr. MacCarthy gave at Stetson which he has graciously allowed me to post here. Terry is a good friend, and a National Treasure! I commend him to you wholeheartedly. He is the master of teaching cross.

Terry is very entertaining in his dramatic garrulousness. It's rather like going to a bar (as differentiated from the State Bar) where law students informally hang out after school or work and engage with a favorite professor or two in a kind of shop talk complete with many amusing anecdotes.....
The big question: Does Terry have something against Ben Matlock's Cross?

Sweet Jesus. If I spend the $88 to buy the kindle version will he get to the point? Great anecdotes and storytelling but if you're trying to glean some tips on cross from youtube I'd look elsewhere.
