I bought ecoflow river pro for almost 3 months now and at first it showed 12 hour in about 65 watts usage and now it dropped to only 4 to 3 hour ... so do think it has lost the juice in the batteries this fast or what .

That sounds a little off. There should not be that much of a drop that fast. Have you been using it every day? Using the same equipment on it?

you might try discharging your unit all the way down until it shuts off then charging it back up to 100 percent which should balance the batteries. At least that worked for me.
