She needs to open up her voice just a bit louder when she sings. She has a very good voice. She is holding back. Do what your grandmother did. Let people hear your voice with that beautiful smile you have. You have big foot steps to fill so show them what you have. I don't really listen to country music. But I do think you have this if you want it
That’s the point ,the judges didn’t want her to sing like Loretta, they wanted to see as an artist if she could take a Loretta Lynn song and make it her own style so blame the judges

She ruined the song ,She should've sung it like her grandmother.
Sorry but not really liking her style of singing Loretta song, way she sings it doesn't sound country ,sounds more popish.

Agree! That style for such an iconic song was not for me. Plenty of other LL songs that would have fit the style. Sissy knew how to sing it 😉
