My top tip is actually used by my husband. Make friends with the manager or servers of the venue. My husband is also a trainer so gad clout in our area.

What some really great tips. We struggle with disabled toilets with Ben. A lot of places are now doing the changing places toilet. We have to change Ben standing up. Not a lot of places do gluten free

It’s like there is rarely changing areas in men’s toilets it’s like they just assume only women are only changing babies but that’s not reality! We need to talk about these things more so people think and we are not forgotten you know? My friend has to be gluten free we have to search for places to go out it’s so frustrating xx

Gluten free is rough, especially when a still-significant number of restaurant staff treat it like a joke or a fad-- when in reality it could be a medical restriction

Love your make up today. Grade 2 buildings are not great lol. They obviously dont understand the social and medical model of disability. I always double check venues. Disabled toilets are a real bugbear of mine.
