The devs picked these two fight scenes for some particular reasons. The first fight, like you said, the snow, the texture, and environmental physics. The second fight, the loong boss and tube-bodied model. It is not easy to make a natural looking snake-ish creature model, let alone that model is interactable (it seems each different part can attack and be attacked). At the end, the song in the back is the main theme from the 1986 TV series Journey to the West, which is a household show in many Asian countries back in the 90s.

@@simulify8726 Chinese for thousands year always admit that Buddhism is indeed from Indian and we respect that very much and distribute that through out the whole southeast Asia and told them so. And look at what Buddhism today is like in India nowadays, India has chance to be as good as China as long as you guys preserve that Religion and Culture, but it is just sad that you guys have not done so.
One thing I need to tell you is that Chinese culture is the father of Japan and Korea, and everything you once thought of as Japanese or 'Stealing Coutry's culture you see is copied from China

Not everything is copied from China, but certainly a lot. The scripts, Nine tails, Kaguya, yokai, serpent dragons, etc, are examples that were inspired or copied from China. Dragon Ball's Goku literally just straight plagiarized Sun Wukong's name and iconography with the nimbus and power pole wholesale lol.
Buddha is literally from India.

It looks stunning, the level of detail is ludicrous. Little rocks everywhere in the forests and mountains is honestly what told me it's next gen, mainly because of how hard it is to get that level of midfrequency geometry into scenes that stretch out as this does. Don't get me wrong there's more than that, such as the geometry actually being interacted with, lighting quality and particle effects such as the leaves but once you can get away with that level of fine detail being geometry and not be a tesselated or just flat texture with normal maps that's when you know all of those other additions fall into play.
This game Black Myth WuKong is only for The Best Players.
Not for kids but for a gamer.

Hearing the song in the last minute is the thing that got me hyped up. As a child I watched "Journey to the West" (1986) too many times, that song was one of the theme song of that series, obviously they had their own kinda version to it, but I'll recognise it anywhere lol

Look. Lets be honest here. How many games have come out with the claim "captured in real time" the past few years that were outright bullshit? We know that unreal engine 5 is capable of a lot of these feats, i've had a chance to play with it myself and nanite and lumen is truly incredible but even if its running in real time on a 10k$ volta based machine and what players are actually able to run without fps loss will be a downgrade... what they've achieved here is still a work of art. Even looking at wukong himself, I can tell you the reason he looks so good is not because of any new technology because nanite doesn't support skeletal meshes, its all really solid texture work.
What you're looking at may be an interpretation of what these artists could achieve without limits on detail or processing, and there may indeed still be limits imposed to get this game to run on consumer hardware--we are not QUITE there yet for all the advancements UE5 brings. But that shouldn't detract from what these talented artists were able to accomplish here, with light, composition, story, style, truly realistic and convincing particle effects. Mad respect.

It is fact. If you buy a Chinese PS5, there are no games on the store, you have to by imports on Taobao or contact the store to change the region. If you release a game in China you have to pay Tencent, same issue with Nintendo Switch.
