Small nitpick, are you an idiot? Loaders charge punch adores less cooldown. By default you have to wait several seconds after using it before you can start charging it. Lessening that is a massive force multiplier.
You forgot about the powerful combo with engineers bustling fungus / N'kuhanas opinion turrets...so good

@@jaronwilliams3534 Just got finished trying this. I'm confident with dropping my HP to 1 for that run. Eliminated Mithrix in 4 cumulative seconds (at least it felt like) with the items I had. Jesus. Purity + Alien Head + Shaped Glass + Eviscerate = Win.

I tried experimenting with Happiest Mask, was playing with Artifact of Command. Stacked a few clovers. Spawned a friendly Mithrix after his second phase fight. He finished the third phase for me. Died to a Void Reaver on the way back to the ship. 10/10 run.

I did a 2:40 min run with mercenary, I dashed into a dead reaver charging the ship, I had his mastery skin, it got deleted and was doing the run to get it again, it hurt that it happened
See I had a really good run, got happiest mask, killed a clay dunestrider, it's ghost then promptly killed me because of it's life drain ability and my inability to hurt it
Artifact of Command is the best artifact and nobody can prove me wrong

@@MrRukrio1 It goes really crazy with soulbound catalyst. Adding ceremonial daggers makes it the best equipment in the game. There's a hard cap on the amount of dolls you can have (3 at a time) because otherwise you'd start going exponential and approaching infinity with it (which would crash the game), specifically because of the interaction with soulbound catalyst.
@@MrRukrio1 literally tested this last night with a bud lol. Sadly the effects are too spaced apart for it to proc berserker's alone, you need to get at least one kill in between the fmp death-procs, but still makes it a whole lot easier to get berserker up anyway
For rose buckler, captain can sprint immediately after he begins to charge his m1 so it works well with him as well.

I was gonna say Huntress is already a nutty survivor and brainstalks is busted on her. Rapid-fire Glaive, Insta-Blinks, and Mini-Gun Ballista? Yes please.
And artificer too, all of her abilities are on cooldown, so mix brainstalks with attack speed, and you get to spam your right click
Artificer is another character who gets CRACKED with Purity. even with just one you can feel the effects of it making your M1 that much more spammable, and as a CD dependant character you want that. Acrid can also benefit since his M2 has a very quick cooldown with his acid spit and just one of them turns it rapid fire.
he went over it in the video, he doesnt like purity+artificer because he is a 4head and takes flamethrower, with flamethrower you have a perfect cd rotation anyway. though acrid is a good point
For Death Mark, you forgot to mention Artificer. She can have three different status effects just from her loadout.
Also for Focus Crystal, it's about the same range as her Flamethrower.

baby guide for unlocking secondary colours for survivors, if you are bad:
2 fuel cells + soulbound catalyst + forgive me please
carries you the most out of everything in a monsoon + command artifact run
just look for 1 large chest on stage 1
if you see none, then restart
if you see one and open it and its a green item, then restart
if its a red (soulbound catalyst), you basically only need to get 1 equipment to make it work (forgive me please)
and then 2 greens (fuel cells)
you then basically have 3 dolls permanantly out if you know the timing to throw 3 new ones
just stack on-kill items
prioritize at least 3-6 topaz branches
another trick is to get a few ghors tomes for money so its faster
you can even make a huge pile of gold in one spot during teleporter event if the boss is already dead, then interact with the teleporter, and when you turn blue and the warping sound starts
quickly collect everything to transfer a lot of gold to the next stage
This build ruined RoR2 for me! I found it myself earlier this year.
Soulbound Catalyst + Forgive Me Please truly is an auto-win, game-plays-itself combo that works on any character. It's worth mentioning that, after ensuring survivability, turning all greens and whites into Will-o-the-Wisps and Crowbars respectively will maximize the chance that you one-shot enemies the moment they spawn in. Also, Gesture of the Drowned makes the combo come online even faster and it's easy to get as long as you have lunar coins (and the game plays itself afterwards, too).
Further note, and yeah, I'm late
If you have lunar coins to spare, and Artifact of Sacrifice, grind out 5 Green Items in stage one and try to get a Newt Altar. With Command, you can use the Five Greens (preferably Regen Scrap) to get a guaranteed Legendary every visit. If you're unlucky and don't get a red drop, then at least you're guaranteed it later. If you do, it just means you get Catalyst and Dagger easily.

Another one is Forgive Me Please. Get a Ceremonial Dagger with it and a Gesture of the Drowned, and you pretty much have periods where nothing can touch you.
Yeah I mentioned that as well, don't ignore the value of monster teeth and ghor's tome with it ^^

You can also generate ungodly amounts of gold this way because the book works with Forgive me please. You can also get insane healing from necklaces and desk plants and reset your cooldowns with the bandolier.

Gestures + fuel cells for activation uptime, then comes the funny part :
- Monster tooth, fresh meat : gets you healed. Add Topaz barrier and/or Aegis : permanent full barrier
- Gasoline, wil'o'wisp : makes lot of damage. Add ceremonial dagger to it : you can go AFK.
- Gorh's tome, Well you basically have all the money you'll ever need.
- you can add that Frost aura legendarry item while less interesting, it's still something that will be triggered
- For even more uptime : Soulbound catalyst (actually one of these, then one gesture is enough and the more fuel cell you have, the more puppets you can have active at the same time)
- And as additional bonus : It drops Lunar Coins.
Really many conditions before it gets really op, but that was the point of the video I believe :p

Forgive Me Please gets ridiculous late game. I remember a run beyond level 99 and stage 20 or so + where once I activated Forgive Me Please once, everything started dying all around the map.
Bonus: A fun combo with artifacts you can do is Swarm and Sacrifice, I always also pick Vengeance because its nice to get a duplicate item or so.
Bonus bonus: If you use Artifact of Vengeance and play the Engineer. If you kill the engineer first after he places turrets you can get items from the turrets aswell, just be careful if you go with the Burstling Fungus build, those turrets tend to become indestructable.
ngl this might be a dumb one but transcendence and aegis work really really well, you get both the insane HP boost from transcendence, and the healing effects from scythe and all other stuff
Another note about Spinel Tonic: The chance of getting afflictions is affected by luck. So uh, probably don't take it if you're rocking 4 purity unless you have 100% uptime.

100% uptime jade elephant with some repulsion armors, literaly everything in the game starts doing 1 damage
(on that same note rose buckler makes repulsion armor way more vaible to the late game as well, basicly all armor items)
Focus crystal also increases acrids poison damage, so long as you are in range. It also synergizes very well with commandos shotgun secondary.
Brainstalks Loader flies though, so that's nice.
As a loader main I love the braistalks, obviously gotta get some more attack speed for that charge but as long as you keep the flow going with good movement you can target any elite in a crowd with the charge bc it pierces(or avoid all this and use thunder gauntlet and just have rapid punching for a bit)
Loader is certified GOATed. No fall dmg, punch is super satisfying. Spiderman all game and thunderslam too gud.

Bungus - 4.5% regen twice is 9.5%?
Crowbar - You deal 150% damage, not MORE damage. So 1 is a death mark, not triple.
Focus Crystal - For every focus crystal you're doing 15% extra damage is wrong. If you already have , say 10, the change from 250% to 265% is only 6% more damage.
8:06 Hey! Mercenary also applies a debuff with Expose! It's absolutely worth mentioning. Even though Expose gets cleared quickly by follow up attacks, it still counts as a debuff which will activate the "marked for death" debuff for 7 seconds (x stack number).
I broke the game with 100 crowbars, 3h run…I now call the crowbar the diet glass

My mate the other day finished a game with 363 crowbars and he got over 10 TRILLION damage dealt..........it was pretty nasty lol

Maxing crit and using barbed wire with scythes is a nice combo too, (or just barbed wire and leeching seeds) especially if you pair it with hellfire tincture to guarantee rapidly triggering barbed wire. Planula also pairs very well with hellfire tincture - if you get repulsor armor plates to reduce the hellfire damage to 1, you'll effectively heal at least 14 hp per tick.
So glad purity is getting the recognition it deserves

I was gonna mention the Spinel (like the gem) vs Spinal thing and then you mentioned it. Out played I have been, overdose on ketamine to regain honor I must.
Blast shower with gesture and stack fuel cells. You can’t be affected by status affects and all cooldowns are basically gone. A lot of items run on cooldowns like void band, safer space, tentabauble, etc. It’s pretty fun.
EVERYTHING in this game, well, nearly everything, can be broken if you have enough
Railgunner in the DLC makes crowbars a whole new kind of busted, especially if you find a laser scope to go with it.

brainstalks is actually really good on engineer. it lets you be a lot more active with the placement of your turrets and even if they're doing fine it resets their cooldown so you can plop them both down immediately if they break, particularly in eclipse with the starting hp penalty
Currently my favorite OP combo is Hellfire Tincture + Teddy Bears...
On its own it is relatively strong but couple it with a razor wire or two and you become a walking machine gun nest that murders enemies from afar or up close depending on your preference.
Get a few fuel cells and you can do it 100% of the time lol.
If you really want to go into OP mode just toss on a topaz brooch and generate additional shielding for yourself.

I once did a MUL-T run where I got Silence Between Two Strikes on the auto-nailgun. Every single shot (even shots that miss) had AOE. Pair that with spinel tonic or soldier’s syringes and it’s such a good time.
That was the most fun I’ve ever had playing MUL-T.
ngl Silence between Two Strikes is my favorite elite item because its basically a delayed brilliant behemoth, the shields are nice early game too, lategame its not as good tho but oh man what an item
Bandit with alternative special slaps with crowbars too, because you build up your stacks on the stage, then with crowbars you get crazy damage increase. That paired with something like crit glasses, shaped glass, or delicate watches, and you can do some crazy damage.

Fun one: did you know that the cooldown for bands counts as a debuff? That means they get cleared out by blast shower. So if you’re playing a character like multi with his crowbar and have several gestures/fuel cells, you can proc bands with almost every shot
06:02 engineer as well, he can start loading his lmb and start sprinting at the same time
blast shower is the strongest item if you have 100% uptime as it A) can save you from status such as burn and bleed but also B) it can reset the cool down on the bands as they count as a debuff, this allows for nutty proc chains with spammed bands

One thing insane about brain stalks is if you get it on the bird man, you can stack as many of hit primary lunar item as you want
I just want to mention, that Loader makes great use of Rose Buckler too. You can sprint while charging the *BIG PUNCH*, which is when youre slowed and most vulnerable as Loader.
My favorite combo is 4x alien head and perma tonic with merc, makes me feel like vergil just eviscerating everything

An amazing combo I found last night was the soda machine equipment and fireworks. Can interact with it for negligible gold every couple seconds
As mentioned by @Alexaction127, Crowbar only increases damage by 50% on the first stack. It multiplies damage by 150%, or 1.5. It does not add 150% damage until you've collected three of them.

If you combine bustling fungus with Aegis or N'kuhana Opinion it's a complete game changer. Aegis will give your turrets a 2nd health bar and N'kuhana will constantly shoot fireballs. I'm forgetting something important to this combination and it's Razorwire that item will create caos since your turrets are receiving damage every second.
you can also use focus crystals with any survivor if you are good at kiting the enemies

Imagine correcting someone and being wrong. Spinel Tonic is a tonic and not a gem. If you had said something about focus crystal which DOES resemble said gem then sure. However... Spinel Tonic as it is a drug made to resemble a yee olde tonic it is likely a play on a old spine tonic or similar tonic designed to strengthen the back and make you work longer harder stronger faster. These tonics generally contained high amounts of milk of the poppy(an opiate) to get the user high and being high would not notice issues as much then again being high while not noticing such issues said person would indeed work harder longer stronger as well as faster. (Opium dens were considered medicinal for a long long time due to this common misconception that just because you dont feel it somehow means it went away) However the resulting affliction from not utilizing the drug was horrible as it is literally just heroin effectively. So now you have all the issues you had plus a growing addiction to a drug constantly chasing the high.

Deathmark with Artificer is pretty good too! She has built in fire procs with her primary/flamethrower as well as the ice wall
I would say gesture of the drowned by itself is a pretty good item but you have to get yourself a good equipment wich is not that hard
Also talking from captain gang N'kuhana's is great if you get both special healings and so that works with the engineer with bungus

Engi with bungus + tusks is pretty much death incarnate. I've played with my BF several times and everytime I've outdamaged him in our runs (even while he's using the new OP Mul-T ult that lets him dual-wield nailguns), it's because I'm using bungus with N'kuhana's. If I use an artifact of vengeance in my run, the only enemy that can actually kill me is my umbral engineer if we both have this item.
This combo is broken. Beyond broken. Transcendent even.
engineer with bungus, the horns thing that fire skulls when your healed, the healing rack, and aegis is fucking broken
Loader's thunder punch is soooo nutty when you have brainstalks or 4 purity, you just become star platinum
Rose buckler works on Engineer and Captain as well, their primary fire charges while sprinting, and doesn't interupt the sprint when firing.

my favorite thing to do is to have chaos bottle with that tonic build, it becomes soooooo crazy by the end especially if you get the Benthic Bloom where it might make everything 10x more chaotic
I don't know what quality razor wire is but if you get some razor wire matched with some topaz brooch you're pretty good to go from whatever hits you early on, and that fact that it shoots multiple projectiles makes it even better
One of my favorite cases of a situationally busted item combo is fungus and razorwire on engineers turrets in the void fields. The void field damage over time is crazy fast but a low damage value, so razorwire and fungus give rapid fire razorwire for free
Those combinations are PLANTED
Brainstalks with Captain's Diablo Strike and Hardlight Afterburners is fucking INSANE. you can paint the whole map with Diablo Strikes. It's like the Lunar Meteorite on steroids.
Stuns count as a debuff, Merc has expose, chronobauble has 100% on hit slow, bands are a guaranteed item if you roll up Aqueduct, and Runalds band is a guaranteed slow on high damage hits, i.e. Mul-T Rebar or Artificer's Bomb/Ice Spike, Loader's charge attacks. So MOST characters can get Death mark to proc with minimal difficulty if you're not bad. If that doesn't do it, Hammer of Justice and the new Scorpion also are guaranteed on hit debuffs, but ya know, red items. So yeah, Death mark can be finicky, but it's a boss killer with alot less effort than you make it out to be.
My best use case for the happiest mask is with the empathy cores which do more damage the more allies you have.
Bandit also likes Focus Crystal, as his default M1 is a shotgun, and he has stealth, he's really good at flanking bosses and magdumping. Even just one, late game, is a 15% multiplier boost, and with enough speed items, it's just free damage.

I like keeping my focus crystals when IM on mul-t too because it really makes his ram dmg shoot up... its fun turning enemies into roadkills.

there's an item called the little disciple, it's a boss item from the grovetender that makes you shoot homing fireballs while sprinting

in my experience crowbar pairs well with bandit's lights out early game, after only 1-3 you can consistently chain kill your way through stage one
