BEST HUG EVER..... The Family Stone, is one of my favorite movies of all time. I watch it every year, while I wrap gifts, by myself, because I always tear up.

I teared up at Jonah's joy over his gift...❤. One year we did appetizers and things like that for Christmas dinner, and everyone are even more than normal (because you nibble all day long) and so we decided to keep that for New Years Eve. We are going to be trying that cranberry salsa- because that looks so yummy!

Love your family! ❤️❤️ Put bacon on cookie cooler rack on top of cookie sheet. All grease goes onto cookie sheet. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 mins. Turn over last couple minutes. Turns out perfect every time. Oh and spray with Pam so it doesn't stick.

The fighting and bad attitude after Christmas is just killing me already and school hasn't even been out a week!!! I felt the same way abaut the Keurig. But I got one last year and now I'm a fan. I make a quick cup of coffee while my coffee is still brewing lol. But it's a big hit in my house for hot chocolate and tea.

From Instagram, I thought those were yeast raised cinnamon rolls! (We love both homemade and canned!). I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the well known icing tub. We always get the "flaky" ones. I loved the Christmas traditions you shared in this vlog. From the sibling gifts, the Christmas story before bed, and big Christmas breakfast! Congrats to D on the Keurig. I also poo-pood the Keurig for years but also got it for my husband for Father's Day. It was just more convenient for him as at the time he was waking up super early for his commute to work. And the standard coffee maker truly added extra time to his morning routine. Sorry for the super long comment. Merry, Merry Christmas to the entire Hughes family from a long time viewer!

My kids get so much stuff! We have to put some things away. They go to Santa Breakfast, a picture with Santa and a free gift. They also get a gift from a single mom's group I join along with the mom's who get stuff. All are donated things. They get clothes, books, toys and other stuff.

I am watching with the kids and I remembered something I wanted to say last time...when you have a big gathering and have ice cream in the paper containers, instead of scooping, open the box up and use a large knife to cut it into serving sizes.

We always do munchies on Christmas Eve and the past couple of years have done a very chill meal. We spend so much time cooking for Thanksgiving that we just want to enjoy low stress Christmas. On Christmas Eve I make an appetizer bar. Last year we did manicotti and roasted veggies for Christmas Day. This year we did enchiladas and tacos and all the fixings. The Keurig is great for hot chocolate, teas, and coffee. You don’t have to do a whole pot or wait for water to boil.
The keurig is so cheap now! You can get the bigger machine for $49! I’ve had mine for years and I love it.

I saw the Cajun Night Before Christmas! Since we live in Cajun country, we read it as part of our Christmas Eve tradition. Y'alls Christmas looked so nice and relaxing. We only left home to see Christmas lights. The rest of the time we stayed in our PJs and watched Christmas movies. Glad y'all had a Merry Christmas!
