May I ask what torch that is? I’ve been looking everywhere for a hand torch that gets hot enough to solder.
Surprised you can ball brass with a hand torch, that's useful to know :)
flux definitely helps but otherwise it's easy and fun :)
Fab video - if I were to use silver wire for the setting does it ball the same way as with the brass by adding lots of flux? x

Glad you liked it. You can place the bead so the claws cover the bead holes, but of course you can use anything you like inside the setting - a cabochon, crystal, rough stone, sea glass or pebble!
