I'm an Indian, I speak English. I don't sound like that. I have around 500 people living in my neighborhood,who speaks English, they too don't sound like that. I might have known around 10000 people in my lifetime, who speaks English and they too don't sound like that. Only few parts of south indian people might sound a bit like that. The only people who truly sounds like that are those people whom you see getting portrayed in Hollywood.
