I've been cutting hair off and on for a while and these are my first set of cordless they're okay when you zero Gap you got to do both down a little bit I just back it up one notch and it cuts right through that bulk for the price you can't beat it moving from cord to cordless it's been helping me I will be getting a different pair and I'm looking at a rebel thanks for the comments keep up the good work God bless
I just got the surker gold trimmer it was a gift and I really needed some trimmers for women and children and I believe they are the perfect trimmers for that

Thinking about buying these as a backup clipper, seems like a smart buy. Especially the gold ones that everyone says that have the wahl color pro guards.
As a 25 year plus barber I recognized these Chinese brand clippers are coming for the these named brand clippers. Not only Chinese brands battery LASTS LONGER but they are fraction of the price AND they have a battery indicator WHICH the name brands DON'T(i don't understand) so to Andis, Babyliss and especially WAHL step your game up and STEP them prices down!
A lot of these Chinese companies make the parts for the US and UK clippers as well. Clippers are wayyy too overpriced these days smh

I went all kemei out due to the price. Unfortunately u.s.a has become a high price for less technology clipers. And china is bringing these clipers for 1/3 of u.s.a price.. its no brainer. U feel me plus u can get clipers from ali expres for free if you know how to play the game 😉🥰

I got kemei 1986 for self cuts at home for like a year they work great these surker seem legit as well
on the lever you can use a phillips screwdriver to tighten at your convenience
Instead of a fade blade, what would you suggest a beginner to use??? I have this clipper and wouldn’t mind switching the blade to make it easier as a beginner. If you can elaborate, I’d appreciate it!
My dad got me those for christmas and i never heard of them. I was immediately impressed becaused they looked and feel legit. I still use them two years later. They are monsters. I put a ceramic cutting blade on them and it made them more quiet and smooth. I only have these clippers and andis cordless masters. But i love these clippers

how they hold up over time
High carbon is a buzz word they use. Carbon inside of steel does make it have the ability to be much harder and hold a sharpened edge much longer. But other metals mixtures have things like nickel and cobalt which will do the same thing with better corrosion protection

After I saw your Kemei pro foil review I got their clippers and amazon recommended the Surker. I tried all the Surker I could see and they are super affordable. For the price I paid for one Andis Master I was able to get multiple Kemei and Surker. Wish I could show you guys my collection and I just cut my own hair at home. I’m not even a pro. These Chinese brands are going to kill the big boys. I just hope they stay affordable!
They wont stay affordable. This started around 34 usd. And now are 50 usd. . These are the new sherifs in town. !!!

High carbon steel basically is telling you it’s not stainless so it will rust if you don’t keep it oiled. That and it can take and hold an edged fairly well.

High carbon steel has carbon added to it and can be hardened and tempered (heat treated) unlike low carbon steel, it is a real thing.
does it work corded too?
I need something that would last me, I don't like to rely on battery life.
I bought the gold version and it came with better guards that look like the wahl premium guards.

How's it hold up use after use? I'm considering either one but not really sure about how legit this brand is, there's so many knock off brands with no real prestige with really cheap prices - it feels like this might be one too idk

I just bought some all metal clippers from Amazon and they kick ass! With the battery meter and my battery last like 4 hrs and charge up in 1. I just rotate them. Fk Wahl, Andis I wont be back. Clipper wise. Now i gotta find a good trimmer

You just loosen the 2 screws, adjust your blade to your required gap and tighten the screws again, pretty simple, give it a try.

Keimi Surker are the same manufacturer as far as the hardware. One person pays to have Surker one pays to have Keimi on it. I didn't buy those because they are the same as my Keimi s.. you can probably do a blade swap for the wahl 2191 or ,2161 blades. I didn't swap them on mine because I get a nice cut with the existing blade. Plus I started buying these because I dropped good money on the wahl magic clip 8148s and the thumb insert fell off down my sink drain. I tried to get Wahl to replace them with no answer. I have like 8 keimis ,the ones I don't like the initial two cuts I mod with wahl or ceramic blades.

I have these clippers but it’s the gold version but I put a Wahl magic clip cutting blade and a Wahl taper blade and it runs really well and cuts bulk down better now
@va va they are 2/3 $$ less and this Chinese clipers last longer, and has batery display.
It was cheaper the I did it but I got it during covid and all Wahl clipper were twice the price

Kemei has the exact same design clippers. And I saw that kemei has a 70 year in business stamp on the one's they make and they have the liners too. I saw the on Amazon and Ali Express. I was just looking and I guess the algorithms on both picked up on kemei 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ but anywho I liked this 👍🏾👍🏾
Kemei 1986(not pro or pg version) is probably the best budget clipper in the market, it has same rpm and motor as the wahl magic clip and the build quallity is better
The only con on the clipper is the blade which can be replaced with a ceramic blade
Rich Natural its great, and u if want a butter smooth cutting just put a quallity ceramic blade
And that battery life is next lvl

@@hallabel8154 I second this. You can get the job done but not when you have a lot of clients waiting in line and this is taking extra time. I think buying a good clipper is an almost must investment. EDIT: for barbers. homecutting or cutting friends is diff.

Wassup man, i appreciate your videos! I just purchased a silver k9 Surker! I bought 2 of the haokry black clippers ( i love the size, and how quiet there are). I wanted to add a "fullsize" to the lineup. I have decent Wahl plugup clippers, but started going cordless and love it! Thanks for all the barbering tips!
My "Surker k9s" came in today! I picked them up out of the box, and I'll be ordering the gold ones next! The weight, and quality of the smoothness,the lever, and how quiet it is sold me! Only thing I did do was put " Wahl s 2161 Magic clip" blade on them. They cut very well with no effort! Buy them without hesitation! July 2023. Hope this helps as much as this video helped me!
I ordered the " Gold Edition"! Much slimmer, better blade, and smoother lever ( plastic ). It feels AWESOME in the hands! I'll probably be ordering another one of these! I picked up the Slime 2 from " TPOB" !

Nah, there’s a gap. They take wahl guards.
Low carbon steel is less brittle but also weaker than high carbon steel.
This clippers exacly if you dtill have then i dont know the bsrbee turned but the plastic blacl part. Am fighting with it when putting the dade blade and to sere the blades to zero or closer to it wadi a nightmmsre. Got my fingers hurting and after like 15 mins of stugging i finally got it pretty good. But am judt going to hstr when i Will have to tske the blades off and bsrbsrcide my tools. What can i do or see how not to make the blacl plastic thing go out forcing the blades crazy. Compared to my wahl magic clips it stays dtill when moving the lever.

CZcams Prestworld i would say they are equal when they have a ceramic blade, and i think the kemei s orginal blade was a bit sharper then surkers blade.. but thats just my personal opinion
