When you say that you stop charging once you walk out the door, do you take payment at that moment directly from the customer or do you get the money transferred later through email?
T Gles as she mentioned in the video clients have an option to purchase hours of service, which usually is paid upfront, and she deducts hours and sends a statement by the end of the month.
Sorry for the delay in replying. I send them an invoice later but at that point I 'stop the click' so to speak.

How do your clients pay for their groceries?
Nurse Rae most likely she keeps receipts and sends detailed expenses statement by the end of the month.
We send them an invoice and also we ask them to provide money up front before we shop for them.

Hi Aleksandra. I go through phases of offering a lot of moving assistance and then to much. However, with a personal concierge service you can choose to focus on whichever service you like. Therefore, if you'd like to do a lot of moving assistance, you can work on promoting that predominantly. I’ve been wondering if that should be a project cost base or hourly charge and how much...not sure about moving price point. Do you recommend a place for a typical concierge contract? What’s typical to use? I will be sure to check out what you sent me. Thank you
@@aleksandramakuch5133 I generally do everything by the hour as it can be hard to quote on things when you aren't doing just one thing on a regular basis. Abbie, do you recommend writing a contract similar to those on the net with modifications as needed? Do you recommend hiring an attorney for this?
When driving ppl/seniors, do you recommend to add a per mile charge to an hourly rate?
