I find it funny than in a lot of eroges, the "n" in "Chinchin," (the first n) Chinko," or "Manko" is the censored part; since "n" is a separate character when writing the furigana for the words. So it still heavily feels "uncensored" to an extent lol
Unlike here where it's possible to not understand what they're saying with either "chin**" or "****ko" or "man**"

This is out of nowhere but I'm pretty sure at around 2:30 where you have it as "pieros" it's meant to be pierrot, which while I'm not super certain on the etymology gets thrown around a lot in Japanese as an equivalent to a clown. So that ties into the whole entertainer thing.

It's actually normal for the Japanese to speak like this lol. In the guys case, they have enunciation issues outside of voice acting.
Though imo watching monologue-heavy anime like Saiki K. or the Monogatari series can help
