Furthermore, that's just for rarity, which is shared among characters of same rarity, though a rated up character will occupy a larger fraction of the pool. So you can imagine (or maybe can't imagine) the amount of 課金 needed to achieve 完凸 + matching weapon.
I think the max number of pulls for a terrible unlucky person to get a c6 featured 5* is 1260. And then lets say they got weapon in 180. Damn, that is a lot.

I recently switched to Japanese and I really like Rie as Hu Tao, more so than the English. I just wish I could toggle the language individually for characters, since there are some characters I still prefer in English like Diona.
