    I’ve had a roll for years so can’t wait for your tutorial to use it 😂. It’s apparently the stuff used on jeans, the brown labels on the back! Thank you for really helpful info 😊

    I have never heard of this product but probably have bought things that used it in the past. This is an exciting product to make journal covers. I’m excited to watch the tutorials and thank you for all your research as always. Will you please include the standard measurements for those of us using chip board and card stock? I can’t wait to see how you do this one, it’s going to be gorgeous!

    I found your video interesting. How does the Kraft Tex compare to book cloth? And is it safe to assume that it doesn't stretch? Is there a grain? Thanks Meg

    • @Scrimpingmommy
      @Scrimpingmommy  Před 3 měsíci

      It doesn’t stretch .. there are pre washed and un washed versions so if you had unwashed and then washed it I don’t know if it would when fully saturated but once it is in it’s ready to use state and you are working with it then it does not stretch. I have never used genuine book cloth so can’t compare. Yes it does have a grain like cardstock. But I didn’t find it mattered which way I cut it it scored and folded lovely. If I were using it to say make a bag I would pay more attention to the grain but for a journal cover I found it wasn’t a big deal x
