Fix "Headphones Not Recognized" on desktop PC (Window 11 Pro)

This short video explains how I fixed an aggravating problem with my desktop PC. My computer did not recognize when I plugged in the headphones to the front headphone jack. The only way I could get the PC to recognize the headphones was by restarting it, which is a pain. But after enabling the Waves MaxxAudio app on startup, my PC now works as it should.
