Ingredients: 1 kg rice baryani :
chicken - 1 kg
rice- 1 kg
tomatoes - 1 pao/ 250 grams
yogurt - 1 pao/ 250 grams
onions - 325 grams/ dhair pao
ginger paste - half tbsp
garlic paste - half tbsp
oil - 1.5 cup
tikka masala - 2 tbsp
crushed red chillies- half tsp / as per your taste
salt half tsp for gravy
& 3.5 tsp for boiling rice
coriander powder - 1 tsp
red chillies powder - half tsp
plum- 1/4 cup
ginger powder - half tsp for marination
garlic powder - half tsp for marination
yellow food colour - 1 tsp
orange food colour - 1 tsp
