Mango Pudding - Easy Jiggly Mango Pudding Recipe- No Gelatin - No Agar Agar

- Mango Pudding:
INGREDIENTS:
Mango - 2
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Lemon - 1/2
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a mixer jar, take the pulp of 2 ripe mangoes and sugar and salt and blend it to a smooth fine paste
2. To the same blender jar add 1 1/4 cup of milk and blend it again
3. Transfer this to a sauce pan, heat and whisk it, meanwhile to the cornflour add remaining milk and make a lump free mixture of corn flour slurry
4. Once the contents of the sauce pan comes to boil add the corn flour slurry and lemon juice and keep whisking further till it thickens
5. Once it thickens transfer it to pudding moulds or ramekins and let it come to room temperature
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours, un mould serve and enjoy
