I lost it at "my favorite place ever, the changing room!" seriously tho, I admire your confidence, as someone that struggles a lot with even taking a photo with my full body in it, your fun witty comments and confidence really made me smile :)
Why are people gatekeeping being plus-size? Thats so strange…. You look amazing and I’m so glad you made a video like this to show that plus-size can look different for everyone
No seriously. Also when she said her weight I was in shock because I thought her body was like mine but I'm 160. She's 100lbs heavier than me. I 100% have body dismorphia
Sizing for women always depends on brand, material, and how the universe is feeling that day but a men's medium shirt will fit a 17 year old and a thirty year old-
It doesn't help that a size 12 in one pair of pants can fit you and a size 12 in a different pair of pants can be either too small or too big. Sizes are never consistent and it's so hard to figure out what's going to fit you or not
Her proportions actually do make her smaller looking than she really is. She is so tall! Totally makes sense that the clothes she needs are plus sized. Idk why it has a connotation like that. I wish everyone just had tailor made clothes so we can stop with the labels lol, and everyone gets to look good in their clothes. But that’s a distant dream, unless whoever is reading this is on the same wavelength
That's how it used to be back in the day. You would go to a tailor and seamstress and get your clothes made to fit your body. You can still do that now, but because it's no longer the mainstream way people get their clothes, you'd pay a pretty penny.
I actually like that idea. Would also help with overconsumption and bad quality. I was just planning to pack for a trip and omg I have so many clothes. I literally wish I had just a few, well fitting and good quality pieces and not feel bad about wearing the same top twice
i mean people can always make their own clothes if they’re willing to learn the skill! that’s how people did it for ever. and if it’s a real passion some ppl had shops to sell their services. fast fashion and consumerism eradicated the need for this and also ruined mending clothes bc everything is just so cheaply made tbw it’s hardly worth fixing. thank u historical fashion side of yt and other spaces for that info
I really hate the people who think referring to yourself as plus size or fat or whatever other nomiker is an insult. No honey I just have eyes I know what I am 😂
This is hilarious!!!!! I am also a petite little thang too... I'm so excited about going to try on some clothes now! Especially in that oh so flattering fluorescent lighting in the fitting rooms...just bright enough to show you EVERY SINGLE FLAW!!! Congrats on your new found skinniness!!!!
This was hilarious. And so true. Though as a history nerd, I erroneously assumed they were referring to the fact that *clothes* are plus sized human bodies are just bodies. The history of so called standardized sizing is wild. It’s fairly recent that we even started buying off the rack and even more recent that we started referring to actual *people* as “plus sized”.
When industrialisation hit and clothes could be bought in stores from bulk-made batches, sizing was very different to today's sizes. Ask anyone who is doing fashion school as to why their original mannequin busts are TINY, their size 10/12 is as small as today's size 6/8. Plus, fast fashion companies are constantly changing their "standard" size parameters
i agree, i find it weird especially because we don’t call smaller people “size extra small” or “size medium” but with fat people, we call them “plus sized”. i assume it’s because some people think the word fat is hurtful (which i don’t think it is) but i feel like it’s a bit dehumanising to refer to people the same way you refer to objects
I work in retail. I try not to assume about other peoples bodies especially since im not plus size, so i try to actively use inclusive language like "what size do you prefer to wear?" Or when talking about the fit if a product I could say "many ladies have told me that this top is more roomy in the bust, so you could try a size smaller if you like and see if you prefer that fit." Its about treating these ladies as humans with beautiful bodies. I take pride in supporting them while they find the outfit that they want.
i work retail too and saying what size do you prefer to wear?" is such a game changer. because like you never know why ppl r shopping. for me, i just got out of surgery and when i asked my father to pick up some clothes for me to wear since i was admitted into the hospital. i told him im normally a M but i'd prefer a L or XL so its looser. we need ppl to be more like you, love. like simple phrases like "what size do you prefer to wear?" could easily help someone!
That sounds rly neat actually, since many people are shamed for having even a little bit of visible fat It's annoying that so many ppl assume your weight is something you can always control by healthy habits 🙄 many people have health issues that make it almost impossible to lose weight, also not every type of fatness is unhealthy(plus you can have fat tissue around your organs even while being visibly skinny, that's the dangerous type of fat...) Don't know, don't judge, jfc I don't personally know the struggle of having a bigger size in todays society, i have it the other way around - i have to constantly eat or else i'm losing weight It's not fun either, i don't find it fun, so it annoys me that people can be like "omg you're so skinny that's so nice" No it's not, my body burns through calories like fire through dry woods and if i skip some meals my normally good fitting pants fall off my butt 😅 Plus the less fat i have on my body the less energy i have, and the colder i tend to get, our bodies need the external fat for a reason I get being obese is dangerous, but those people are still people, and they aren't always able to manage that, or you just don't see that they DO manage the issue however they can They have the right to exist in public spaces too, and their bodies aren't disgusting, they're just freaking normal human bodies Also they can wear whatever they want, i remember often hearing that when you need clothes of bigger sizes you should choose the ones that cover your curves and rolls But... Why? It doesn't look bad at all, quite the contrary, and even if someone doesn't like it... That's their problem and they should probably deal with it themselves instead of taking it out on innocent ppl just living their lives Sorry for the rant under your comment, i just feel very strongly about the topic 😤
I once went to a store to buy jeans and I knew my exact size because I was buying the exact same pair of jeans I already had, just in a different colour, and I ask a lady to help me find the jeans and I ask for my size and she looks me up and down and goes “nah, I think you’d fit better in a smaller size!” And I say “oh no I really don’t think so, my size fits perfectly” but she insists and shoves me into a room with the small jeans. I couldn’t even get them over my hips. Good to know I look skinnier than I am I guess? But if I had more body issues that could’ve been really hurtful. Thank you for being considerate of your customers!
I've never seen your videos before, but I want to genuinely thank you for this one. I've recently lost 115 lbs. I'm currently 265 lbs and struggling to see my size 18 body for the size it actually is. I still feel bigger. Seeing your body and hearing that we weigh the same amount and wear the same size helped me to understand what this size actually looks like. Thank you so much!
I have been in the same boat this past year I went from a size 24 too a size 14 and it's extremely odd seeing my body as what would be considered normal sizing and no longer plus size which I was for the last 10 years
I honestly believe that when you lose weight you brain doesn't register it very well. I've lost weight and inches and I'm still trying to make progress. But some days I feel so bloated like it was just undone over night. But the smaller clothes still fit. How you look and how you feel are so disjointed when trying to lose weight. My waist gets smaller but my brain tells me my thighs got bigger.
I get SHOCKED looks when I tell people I’m a 16 to 18 sized girly. Babe I’m rotund, I’m built ford tough. I’m solid. Lookin like a propane tank ass. Of course I’m plus-sized. “But you’re not fat!” What does that even mean???? I’m built like a Mac truck.
And remember size is just a freaking number, companies make every damn thing so small these days. XL sometimes looks like a Medium and that enrages me so much. Why can’t we have beautiful clothes for a variety of beautiful people?
It's the the style and the material. I'm definitely size L but sometimes I wear size M or even S, sometimes I wear size XL. Still it's just a number or letters for the clothes, and the priority is your comfy in it so XS or XXXL doesn't matter
It always wonders me... Wouldn't it be better that sizes are actually larger than expected? I bet many women would buy a medium sized shirt when S is written on it, just to feel thin. There is wasted potential for profit
Are you from the US? Because that was the case for me. I moved here almost 2 years ago from Europe, I used to wear S and M, sometimes I could even fit in XS. I had almost nothing in L. Then I had a problem with a dryer here (never used it before and it damaged most of my clothes) so i needed to get new clothes. Everything was at least L that I could fit in. Oh and a few months after eating american food before I could find more healthy replacements and my size moved to XL. And don't even get me started on pants. Are they made for literally one type of body!? There's no way I can find something that fits everywhere and they're so expensive too! I hate this country on so many levels, just another annoying thing 🙄 Sorry, had to vent
I hate it when peeps try to deny reality. "Fat shaming" is about putting down a person's character based upon their perceived obesity. Acknowledging that we are plus sized is not fat shaming. It is in fact liberating because we are able to shop for clothes that fit us instead of being depressed that we can't fit in what clothing stores labels Large. I mean Big and Tall stores for men isn't shameful so why can't we women have our plus size queen stores
Right?! I hate when I make a remark about being fat (casual), and people will say, "You're not fat," like they're offended for me. I am 270 and shaped like a t-rex 😂 I'm fat.
My guy's a construction worker, and he is a beefcake. I had to break his aversion for the big and tall store to get him in pants that fit, but wearing pants that didn't fit made him feel bad. Dude pushed the truck by himself yesterday, but he felt bad because he couldn't find pants that fit his muscles. 😢
Im not sure if its a cultural difference but the big and tall for mens is still pretty ostracized within my dads half of the family im 6’0 180 lbs and they could not get over how heavy I was (theyre pakistani but they live in south africa) granted it might just be them blanking on common sense because my tallest cousin is also 6’0 and the same weight while the next one is 5’8 and 160 which feels relatively proportional to my weight. But anyway the main reason i came here was to be a yes man on the denying reality is frustrating because the second i got my autism diagnosis most* of the insecurity I had about my autistic traits sort of went away they got a lot less intense at least now if I overshare (sorry) or overexplain myself (again sorry) its more just like an oopsie that happened as opposed to “oh my god im a terrible person i deserve to burn”. Id imagine being allowed to recognize yourself as plus sized and not being ostracized for buying clothes that fit is a pretty similar if not more intense feeling of liberation than my excuse to stop masking was
We have 2: Lane Bryant if you wanna look like Sad Beige Business Casual and Torrid if you wanna have nothing but "flattering"(aka all empire waist, wide sleeves, typical "cover your fat body up and make yourself look small and smooth instead of huge and lumpy") cuts in ugly, boring prints. Although their bras and leggings aren't too bad.
People get real confused about the terminology for some reason. The term ‘fat’ can be pretty subjective but the term plus size really isn’t, it’s a category of clothes that you either fit in or don’t. Like with obese you either are or you aren’t, it’s a medical condition not an aesthetic description. They aren’t synonymous with the word fat because fat can mean a million different things.
Girl, being 5'10" so many women tell me I'm a "small" or have BOUGHT ME A SMALL. One girl told me I must be 100 pounds. Ladies, I know you're trying to be nice but if I was 100 pounds I'd be close to death. I'm totally okay with being a size 16 because ya girl needs the length too!
I always hated trying on pants. My butt is the size of Mrs. Fanny's from Robots. Most pants I would find were for normal sized booties. Maternity pants were a godsend
The fact that i know i need to buy a new bathing suit is stressing me out for real. Its gna be so traumatic. But im sick of never taking advantage of our pool and hot tub in the summer so it must be done.
Also: Plus Size is a category that describes “can you find regular size clothes” the range of those sizes changes btween culture and region. Determined by the store inventory. I grew up squeezing into size 12 jeans because that was the BIGGEST regular size they carried. Now i can shop both size descriptions.
I feel like with a lot of clothing sizing for women is just decided by a bipolar forest witch that doesn't even where close decides the sizing depending on how the wind tossils her hair because I always usually just give up and buy mens cloths 😭🤣
This made me ask if the opposite also has a term, because I need to find specific stores to find my size as well, but on the opposite end of the spectrum. I couldn't find a term for it.
MEEEEE!!! My friend always says I'm not but this video sums it up clear and quick. Excellent way to prove your point. If we're not big, then the fashion industry needs to change.
In the uk they’ve changed up all the sizing. A small is now 10-12. I’m a size 8 and have to get size 6-8 (xs) which is too small because I’m not a 6. But a size small is huge on me. They’ve fucked around with all the sizes now nothing fits no one and we are all confused af
That's crazy because I'm a 00(0??) and I can't find anything. I'm short too so it really doesn't help. I hate shopping in person and I can only buy things if they tell me exactly how big they are in cm. I swear I noticed sizes changing but I had no idea it was that much. I just started altering all my clothes on my own regardless of the label so I don't feel terrible in everything I try. Unless they're measurements the numbers don't mean anything
the sizes arent universal anyways its just a fuck around and find-out situation and always has been. IDK why they can't just do the same as men and use actual measurements but nooo that would be too easy
Vanity sizing is getting out of hand. Marilyn Monroe wore a US size 14. As of 15 years ago that was a six - eight. I used to wear a six but now in some stores I wear a two. Two! What do people who used to wear a zero do, look for negatives? Don't even get me started on bra measurements.
Arms & thighs & calves always end having me dress baggy to be comfy because I'm with you on the moving & using extremities. Not a statue or a mannekin. Thank you so much for sharing this !!!
This is me. I look like a M/L but actually I’m most comfortable in a L/XL and sometimes even a XXL. Once I ignored the tags and just got what looked and felt right it changed my attitude.
My parents confronted me about me “losing too much weight” a couple months ago. I wear a size 10 😂 Some people just appear smaller than their clothing size, and I think that’s what is happening with her. She doesn’t look like what most people think of when they imagine a “size 18”. Like you said, we just have to ignore the labels and wear what fits properly & feels good.
And it doesn't help that sizes aren't standardized! I have not only jeans but also bras that fit exactly the same but one pair of jeans can be a 12 and one a 16 🤦🏻♀️
Saaaaaame. Now whenever i try something on i have to tell myself to get the size above because nope, the size ive picked will not fit. Its wrong every time.
And depending on the brand, all of those sizes can be true for you which doesn't help anyone. I know I look like I could be a smaller size but between the bust and preference for longer shirts, it's hard.
That means we also have similar body types, it honestly makes me really happy to see that someone the same size as me is pretty because I cannot see it in myself. I’m sure you’re absolutely stunning as well.
People need to stop seeing plus sized as a negative. Different fashion gurus dictated what "beauty" is. And doctors write off legit problems if the scales tell them someone is 10lbs passed what the doc thinks is healthy. But you can be bigger and *gasp* ALSO be beautiful & healthy! And you can love yourself while also being plus sized!!! Why is it so hard for people to grasp that it's okay to acknowledge if you are a bigger person. And then they freak out on your behalf if you dare say something about being big. Love your confidence!
Girl, it depends so much on the store too it's ridiculous. I once "lost" 6 pants sizes walking out of 1 store and into another. These companies really need to do better.
This is how I felt the first time I walked into a Torrid. They relabel every size and it was so confusing and just as hard to find MY size because nothing was what I thought it was. I think our pants sizes should be split a bit more, like men's pants. Waist x inseam. Inches or centimeters seems like it would be a more standardized sizing than whatever voodoo no one can agree upon anyways. Although, maybe women's could be split waist x hips x inseam. And it would be really nice if they could figure out what bodies look like so maybe we wouldn't ALL have pants with a weird gap in the back... 🤷🏼♀️
This reminds me of my 120 lbs friend in high school who would always complain about her body but then tell me she was POSITIVE we were the same size and I weighed 200lbs at the time…
Aww. She was mentally ill. Its called body dysmorphia. She didnt mean to be offensive. She genuinely disconnected from her body and imagines it to be bigger than it is.
I was the 130 lb friend, but I never shared my bdd with my friends. Whenever we went out shopping I strived to find her the best fitting clothes. We'd be in the men's jeans section thrifting for us curvy girls.
I needed this! Thank you so much because I’m literally the same size as you and I express to family that I’m plus size and they act as though I’m not and I’m skinny. I tell them every time just because I’m plus sized doesn’t mean I’m ugly, I’m not hating on myself I’m just plus sized and that’s fine!
Yep, I'm not significantly overweight like people seem to think plus size people are, but my poor chest will not be squished into the others and if it doesn't close over your chest it isn't wearable. Yes the hips match and I will never be okay with wearing skinny jeans. I am not skinny and I don't actually want to be.
I hate when people tell you what you can or can’t be like bruh you’re not the one in the body so you ain’t allowed to make that call. If they say their plus sized their plus sized, if they said they are queer their queer, if they say their sick then their sick! It’s bullshit people have to prove shit for people to just accept when someone uses a label
Girl I love you so much. I needed this. I get this same thing also. This was what I needed to get that drama from crappy people lifted recently. You hit this on the head, Your amazing!
You’re beautiful!! Isn’t it funny that when we have straight hair, we want curly. When we have curly hair we want straight! People who’ve been called twig legs or pencil legs struggle to gain and some of us (me included) struggle to lose. You look healthy and happy and I hope it stays that way for you❤️🙏🏼
Got me😂. But i wouldnt of guessed your a 18. People also dont understand theres diff shapes for each size 2 ppl can look so dofferent and be the same size.
I thought online shopping was bad until I moved to a different country where the average girlies are naturally a bit larger built compared to Asian sizes. I'm usually XL-2XL and was kind of amazed to see S-M clothes fit me here but also now I have to learn my new sizes in this new place and it's hella confusing.
I love you! I felt this so much. Shopping has always been dreadful and it's even worse when I go with friends who can just get 12s and medium shirt thinking I can too. Really love shopping when there's only one 18 long in the whole store
Haha people out here thinking us curvy girls are lying about being plus size! 😂 The only time I lie about my size is when I try to convince myself I'm a size smaller when I order clothes on like. Haha I'm dreaming
okay but the first tip actually looked kind of cute! you look amazing in clothes that actually fit you though, you’re so beautiful, funny, and confident! (the confident comment is not meant to be passive aggressive, it’s genuine, i often have a hard time with body image and seeing this confidence makes me really happy, thank you 💕)
You legit made me cackle over here 😂 people need to stop assuming things about peoples’ bodies. And I also find people really don’t understand what sizes plus size clothing really contains either.
Body shaming from the larger folks when they wanna be accepted sooooo badly in their horrifically unhealthy bodies is actually hilarious 😂😂😂 she is plus size and just because you’re SUPER fat doesn’t make her NOT plus size (SIZE. Meaning SIZES. Clothes.) Bless y’all 😂😂😂😂😂
“The size that I thought fit but clearly I am swimming in them” had me dead 😂😂
Shes just so ✨️Petite✨️ 😩🤏❤
⚕️
13k likes and no comments lemme fix that
It's bad to bully
Me.too😂😂😂😂❤
The sarcasm was definitely a plus!! lol I loved it
What sarcasm?
no pun intended? 😂
PLUS
HAHA HAHA
PLUS SIZE HAHA HAHA HA
you mean, plus size? 🤭
yeah a plus size
This was literally the perfect way to deal with these types of comments😂
Yes! She handled this beautifully! 😂
I lost it at "my favorite place ever, the changing room!" seriously tho, I admire your confidence, as someone that struggles a lot with even taking a photo with my full body in it, your fun witty comments and confidence really made me smile :)
"Who needs to raise their arms? That's overated" 🤣
What, are you in school? *joke*
Girl you are strong for this. I'm crazy emotional and usually cry when trying on clothes that don't fit.
Bro same
Why are people gatekeeping being plus-size? Thats so strange…. You look amazing and I’m so glad you made a video like this to show that plus-size can look different for everyone
This is what it feels like hanging out with my friends “You’re not chubby” “Oh okay” *is suddenly skinny* 😂
Oddly- I assumed she and I were the same size.
I am a size 12 - proof woman have no clue what size anyone fits into. 😅
No seriously. Also when she said her weight I was in shock because I thought her body was like mine but I'm 160. She's 100lbs heavier than me. I 100% have body dismorphia

If only couture was more cost friendly for everyone. Oh well, that’s why I’m trying to learn how to alter garments!
Omg yes, no more fast fashion! Just ypur style and fit would be a dream!
i mean people can always make their own clothes if they’re willing to learn the skill! that’s how people did it for ever. and if it’s a real passion some ppl had shops to sell their services.

No it's not, my body burns through calories like fire through dry woods and if i skip some meals my normally good fitting pants fall off my butt 😅
Plus the less fat i have on my body the less energy i have, and the colder i tend to get, our bodies need the external fat for a reason
I get being obese is dangerous, but those people are still people, and they aren't always able to manage that, or you just don't see that they DO manage the issue however they can

Your sarcasm is what my hurting heart needs right now. Humor is what’s getting me through grief.
I love how hollister has their pants sizes based on your waist size in inches rather than figuring out if a 12 from macys fits like a 12 from Pennys

Welcome to body dismorphia. I lost over 90Lbs. Went from size 18 to a 4. I still see the fat girl in the mirror. But dont let that discourage you. 😊
WOW! THATS AMAZING!!! Remember how much is gone! You're doing great!!!
I honestly believe that when you lose weight you brain doesn't register it very well. I've lost weight and inches and I'm still trying to make progress. lay off the maccies
It's so dumb. These folks don't even realize that their commentary implies the being a big girl is a crime and must be denied at all costs.
This comment was poetic
I love this energy 😭
And remember size is just a freaking number, companies make every damn thing so small these days. XL sometimes looks like a Medium and that enrages me so much. Why can’t we have beautiful clothes for a variety of beautiful people?
XL NEVER looks or fits like a medium! You're delusional....
This!! I have a “XL”
Hoodie when I went to a Horse show in Ireland back in 2014…I’m an XL now and it’s too small 🤣
I hate this country on so many levels, just another annoying thing 🙄
Sorry, had to vent
This is the most incredible response, absolutely hilarious
This was great! We know the reality of our own bodies, hilarious that someone on the internet thinks they know better. PS you look great
Fr, imagine gatekeeping clothing sizes 😂
"You aren't plus sized because I said so!" Get a life🐦
I hate it when peeps try to deny reality.
I’m 5’11 and weight 267 and this is a remarkably accurate and refreshing take. Thank you for sharing your confidence!!!
So fr girl. I would burst into tears in the changing room when something didn't fit as a teen. Shopping irl still haunts me 😭😭😭
I always hated trying on pants.
This! It was between finding jeans and dress shopping as teen that always did it for me.
Don't you love it when people tell you what you are!? It's like they know things about me I never knew 😅
this whole video was way too relatable and i love you’re humor. keep rocking girl
Yeah I was going to say this, im uk also. I'm so confused. So have they made them smaller 🤔 I think I used to get an xs now I need a small
the sizes arent universal anyways its just a fuck around and find-out situation and always has been.
I’m 255 right now. It’s really lovely to see representation, especially from someone so pretty. Thank you ❤
Arms & thighs & calves always end having me dress baggy to be comfy because I'm with you on the moving & using extremities.
I wear a size 10 😂
Some people just appear smaller than their clothing size, and I think that’s what is happening with her.
Spot on! X
We actually have insanely similar body types and this is so inspiring, accepting and funny thankyou
That size 18 jeans fit phenomenal!
You looked great in it ✨
The "woohoo" was my favorite part 😂❤
Girl, it depends so much on the store too it's ridiculous. I once "lost" 6 pants sizes walking out of 1 store and into another. These companies really need to do better.
So true. I've worn a 4-12 in different pants all at the same time.
I don't think they want to do better. I think they make more money messing with our heads.
Or getting 2 pairs of jeans from Wal-Mart that are the same brand and size one fits large and one will be super tight.
“Oh well no one told me that” 😂😂😂
Hilarious! 🎉
dude this makes me so incredibly happy to see someone my same size be so real on the internet
😂😂😂 love that you dealt with that with comedy. You are beautiful!
This reminds me of my 120 lbs friend in high school who would always complain about her body but then tell me she was POSITIVE we were the same size and I weighed 200lbs at the time…
Well, she may had have her body image distorded and prov thought she was fatter. It happens sometimes
She probably had body dysmorphia
Maybe she had body dysmorphia?
I relate to this so much. Just the whole experience omg I thought it was just me
I'm freaking dying lmao
Omg i hate people so much 🤦♀️ some stranger thinks they know more about your body than you, INSANE
Omg her sarcasm is murdering my lungs bro I can’t stop laughing 😂😂😂
I hate when people tell you what you can or can’t be like bruh you’re not the one in the body so you ain’t allowed to make that call. If they say their plus sized their plus sized, if they said they are queer their queer, if they say their sick then their sick! It’s bullshit people have to prove shit for people to just accept when someone uses a label
Yes! U should definitely try size 9 next! I feel like they will fit you!!
Pppfffssst 🥴🤨 go big or go home 😤 TRY SIZE 0 NEXT 💀💀
Odd numbered sizes are juniors/teen clothes 😊 adult clothes are even numbered sizes
Girl no , stop telling her shes that much. Shes a triple zero!!
Ikr.?!?! Shes just so ✨️Petite✨️ 😩🤏❤
Your reply is comedic gold ❤
Girl I'm the same way and we gotta stay strong and remind ourselves that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks❤❤❤
You replied so good with those hate comments. I could never. I get hate in school all the time because I'm overweight.
The woo hoo got me😂
This is straight up hilarious I love the way she didn’t take it to heart and just simply explained it
Shes just so ✨️Petite✨️ 😩🤏❤
all jokes aside, you're literally so pretty what ✋
I love the accepting humor☺️
I thought online shopping was bad until I moved to a different country where the average girlies are naturally a bit larger built compared to Asian sizes. I'm usually XL-2XL and was kind of amazed to see S-M clothes fit me here but also now I have to learn my new sizes in this new place and it's hella confusing.
Your eye are such a pretty colour
It doesn't help the clothing sizes aren't the same in different brands!
her "woohoo !!" after the first pair of pants got me dead 😂😭
Hahahhaha the level of snarky sarcasm I love you 😂😂😂
You're beautiful just the way you are
Love your humor
I was SO confused at first. Hahaha girl, you're awesome.
“woohoo!” 😂😂😂😂😂
They’re definitely thinking that plus size only refers to people who are like 500+ lbs
I've noticed that a lot of people associate the word fat with people who have gotten so big it impedes mobility.
I love you! I felt this so much. Shopping has always been dreadful and it's even worse when I go with friends who can just get 12s and medium shirt thinking I can too. Really love shopping when there's only one 18 long in the whole store
I feel this, but with a size 22 needing to fix a T-Rex body
The "who needs to be putting up it's arms... is OVERRATED" killed/got me 🤣
Plus sized slay is what that was, freaking HILARIOUS!! Well played girlie, love your sense of humor ❤️
Haha people out here thinking us curvy girls are lying about being plus size! 😂 The only time I lie about my size is when I try to convince myself I'm a size smaller when I order clothes on like. Haha I'm dreaming
Perfect response to the haters, I love it, made my day 😂❤
Love the sarcasm!
Also, the tan shirt had me thinking of White Chicks, lol.
I love your sarcasm! You're amazing.
I strive for this level of pettiness😂
It's a burden to so be gifted 🤣
People are waaaaaay too used to seeing surgically altered bodies as “plus size” on fashion nova and shein
That’s true honestly. Truth be told, she’s on the lower side of the spectrum if at all.
Plus edited. None of these girls look like the images on the website, it's often faked to remove anything real like stretch marks.
This!!! So much this!!
I be living in denial like this 😭😭
'haven't been here in years, but now everything fits me!' 🤣 that's me done for today lmao
OMG I UNDERSTAND... I HAVE BEEN THE SAME WAY MY LIFE TOO, GIRLIE YOUR NOT ALONE
This just healed something in me ... The fact that I'm not the only one hating the changing room...😭
This is so fucking relatable and you did it brilliantly funny 😂
The sarcasm is a chefs kiss 💅
I’ve been told the same thing, and I think I’m of average but that doesn’t mean I’m not plus size still.
okay but the first tip actually looked kind of cute! you look amazing in clothes that actually fit you though, you’re so beautiful, funny, and confident! (the confident comment is not meant to be passive aggressive, it’s genuine, i often have a hard time with body image and seeing this confidence makes me really happy, thank you 💕)
“Who needs to raise there arms that’s so overrated” 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
I love Kate she is so funny 😂. “I almost lost my arms” had me dying 😂
I’ve given up on sizing I am a plus size lady but I swear sizing charts are so wrong I can het into an L in some brands and not an xxxl in others?
You legit made me cackle over here 😂 people need to stop assuming things about peoples’ bodies. And I also find people really don’t understand what sizes plus size clothing really contains either.
This is HILARIOUS! Im screaming 😂
Laughing so hard,hilarious 😂❤
I feel so seen.
So you think I’m skinnyyyy 😂 so funny lol
I’m crying 😂😂 the humour is 💯
Thats for teaching me that I have a thing for redheads.
You're not plus sized, the clothes that fit you are labelled as plus sized. Society is stupid
Clothes.)
Bless y’all 😂😂😂😂😂
this is so iconic
Im dead! I love how you handled that! 🎉happy easter!
