The Double Tap Drill is for you.👇🏻
The drill concept is promote the trail heel (right heel for right handers & left heel for left handers) to lift off the ground just before impact position into the finish or follow through position where is should finish with the trail heel pointing to the sky allowing you to complete a “Double Tap” with your trail foot against the ground once the club shaft has made contact with the back of your neck.
The process will force you to complete a full chest rotation through impact getting your sternum pointing to the left of the target stacking your lead leg whilst also transferring your body weight from the back foot onto the lead foot allowing you to stay balanced enough to complete a “Double Tap” with your trail foot.
This drill is great for the golfer who tends to hit the ground well before the ball, tops shots or hits a lot of thinned shots.
