- Mumbai local train (harbour line) between goregaon to csmt (slow) stops at 16 railway stations. these stations are ram mandir, jogeshwari, andheri, vile parle, santacruz, khar road, bandra, mahim jn, kings circle, vadala raod, sewri, cotton green, reay road, dockyard road, sandhurst road and masjid. slow local (harbour line) takes 55 mins to reach csmt station from the goregaon station.
Total distance covered during this journey : 27 kms (approx). it took 56 mins to reach csmt station from goregaon station.

Its very sad to see the suburban railway neglected by subsequent governments including the present government. When Millions of people travel in these trains every day, there are no basic infrastructure like Escalators, clean toilets, access control and crowd control systems, emergency services. People are treated worse than cattle. its worse for people with disabilities. Technology is from the 1800's with minor modifications. Trains have no automatic doors, AC is only for first class.

But Central line ki train par v CR likha hota hai...dusra harbour line ki sari trains slow hoti hai...bus yahi hai..
