I was trying to put on file accordingly to instactions but it's not working (it hasn't been shown in "effects & presets"). Can You please tell me what could be wrong?
Glad you like it! 🙌 It is for now yep - this is so the Z Position and XY Rotation can come in to effect. Text Tile 3D will work with the Cinema 4D Composition Renderer and allow you to extrude & Colour layers as full 3D Text. I'd be interested to know if you think creating another simplified version that keeps it as a 2D layer would be useful?
@@nativelyornate If working in 3D bogged down my system when only using for a 2D effect I would say "Yes" to a simplified version but it really doesn't slow my system down that much. Really amazing job in creating the plugin. Thank you!
@@nativelyornate After playing with Text Tile I keep getting errors when trying to use character offset and I can't get the blur function to work. Could be me...other than that this is still a time saver...
So if you have your composition renderer set to Cinema 4D (which you might if you used Text Tile 3D) - for some reason After Effects disables blur on the text animator. That would be my best guess for the blur function not working. If you change it back to "Classic 3D" I think it'll work again. Apart from that, have you changed anything in the text animator / renamed anything? It's rigged up by expressions so maybe there was a change somewhere? Thanks for letting me know though! I'll have a look at it as well and see if I can figure it out.
What’s pathetic is that you will give us this for free and why is after effects not giving us this and making this for us.? They’re a billion $ company and we don’t get this from them. Sad. You did not explain where to install this plug-in.

Hey Anton, have you got the most up to date version of After Effects installed? It'll only work with After Effects 2023 and later.

HOW TO INSTALL ON MY AAE 2022? I'M NOT GETTING
I'm afraid that as it's a brand new preset, it is only compatible with After Effects 2023 and newer versions. So you'd have to update.

There should be a "read me" document in the download that will show you how to install :)
