This is my biggest reunion yet... It's PLAYDAYS!
The cast and crew who worked on screen, stage and behind the scenes join me for an insane, epic chat!
This extremely prestigious line-up of legends features Ronnie Le Drew, Liz Fost, Dave Benson Phillips, Iain Lauchlan, Robin Stevens, Nick Mercer, Sally McCormack and Sally Preisig!
As well as hoping on the playbus we also divulge in all things Fun Song, Tweenies, Playhouse Disney and The Story Makers all but to name a few! You can't not with a line up like this!!

I love the mention of the 2nd Fun Song Factory show that was one of my favourites and I absolutely loved it.
I would love to see a podcast where you interview the children who appeared in both the original stage show and GMTV series of Fun Song Factory as it would be great to hear about their experiences and whether they wanted to be a children's entertainer later on.
Absolutely brilliant to see so many childhood icons in one video...propmaker James should make a peggy patch puppet 😂

This is so amazing dude! I love the way Dave calls Ian the "Lauchlan influence". Tbf Ian has produced and starred in some of the biggest ever shows in kids telly history. Very well done on a wonderful podcast. This was lovely to watch 😊😊😊

Thank you so much for uploading this to CZcams Sean this is brilliant I was listening to this podcast today whilst at the radio station and everybody loved this.
You are very lucky to chat with iconic people who are responsible for making great pre-school shows like for example the legendary Dave Benson Phillips and the national treasure of pre-school shows Iain Lauchlan as well as Sally Priesig for the very first time on the channel I didn't think that she would want to take part in this.
I love how you delved into and spoke about other programmes other than Playdays for example The Fun Song Factory one of my favourite shows and it is nice how Dave, Sally and Nick Mercer plus Iain Lauchlan worked on that programme. I love the part at 39:08 39:09.
Abbey Home Entertainment made and released a lot of great children's stuff for example pre-school videos under the brand name Tempo pre-school it is nice to hear how Anne Miles helped Iain Lauchlan to get The Fun Song Factory out on VHS.

Wow! Is this a trip down memory lane or what it is nice to see a podcast with nearly everyone who was involved with Playdays and the brilliant Fun Song Factory.
It is also nice to see Robin Stevens, Iain Lauchlan and Ronnie Le Drew return to the podcast as well as Sally Priesig, Dave Benson Phillips and Nick Mercer.
This is one of my favourite interviews on your CZcams channel and it is to see how you delved and spoke about a lot of pre-school stuff for example the likes of Tweenies, Playdays and the fantastic Fun Song Factory.
Sally Priesig is one of my favourite people who portrayed children's characters for example Peggy Patch on Playdays and Sally the Cat. Sally is one of my favourite Fun Song Factory characters.
I was wondering whether it would be possible to make a big pre-school reunion podcast where you chat with everyone who was involved in making children's pre-school shows because it would be fascinating to hear stories from people like Malcolm Lord, Wayne Jackman and all that lot as they were involved in making children's shows for so many years for example Allsorts, Playschool and Rainbow.
