Arrow definitely has its low points and high points, but I'm gonna miss this show and your guys Arrow reactions. I always come here every week whenever a new Arrow ep drops. I'm still watching the other Arrowverse shows, and I do enjoy them, but Arrow will always have a special place in my heart and will always stay the number one Arrowverse show for me. Thank you to the entire Arrow team, crew, company, and cast for the 8 year journey. It's been one hell of a ride, man.

I actually think Smallville and Arrow birthed more live-action superhero shows in general. After the huge popularity of those two, I feel like more studios and creatives decided to portray certain comic characters onto television. Be it CW, NBC at first for Constantine, CBS at first for Supergirl, Netflix, Fox, HBO, certain streaming platforms, ect. But man. I'm for sure gonna miss Arrow regardless of the ups and downs. It was probably the first Arrowverse show most of us watched/got into. What an amazing journey it was.
CW has higher tolerance for lower ratings，and although this says nothing about the quality of the shows，it kept the storyline of the entire shows‘ universe intact which in the end，benefited everyone.

Paladin Low budget has one advantage though. Nothing as notorious as GL movie CGI suits would make it because they don't have that kind of money to mess around

HBO is doing a Green Lantern show, Diggle probably won't be a part of that but I'm so down with him guest starring on other shows as GL, he's already gonna be on The Flash so
From what I hear they had to fight with Warner bros to get even that scene to be in the episode and they said that if they tried to do anything more they likely wouldn’t be allowed so I’m thinking it’s unlikely

I remember finding the first season on Netflix, and watching it with my brothers. They grew disinterested after the second season, but I never gave up on you. You have taken me through love and loss these past eight years, and I will never forget the impact of your story.

I think he's still the Specter, maybe the Oliver that Felicity met was a different version of Oliver, the one before crisis and the universe reboot, because he had the very short hair, while season 8 Oliver had his hair longer and even more longer when he was Specter, so I think that Specter Oliver is still alive somewhere and he'll come back once they do Darkside for crossover episode.

i teared up like 4 separate times during this episode but i seriously cried my eyes out watching Felicity and Oliver reuniting at the end. despite the ups and downs I've really enjoyed all 8 seasons of Arrow, the show was always successful at making me care and really love those characters. the finale was bittersweet but i wouldn't want to have it any other way.
I had a knot in my throat and I finally broke down in tears with that scene too. The ending.

I can almost track my progress as a human being with Arrow. When I entered the 2010 decade I was a genuinely bad person who had kinda torched everything in his life and was trying to find redemption. Over the past 10 years I focused on trying to be a better person but still made a lot of mistakes. But now as this ends, I can finally say I’m a better person and I’m genuinely happy. I didn’t have any friends and I didn’t watch any CZcamsrs, and still don’t, only you guys. I felt very lonely all these years but I remember rushing to watch every episode of Arrow or Flash so I could watch your guys’ reaction right after. After all these years I’ll admit I watch your channel less because now I don’t need you guys as much. But not in a bad way. Because you guys helped me a lot and brought me to a healthy place where I didn’t NEED you to survive. Now I just watch when I can but I remain a permanent Patron on Patreon to show my support. I have really close friends now, and I just met the love of my life and I just wanted to thank you guys at Blindwave and all Wavriders. These moments we’ve shared together, communally watching and discussing something we’re so passionate about-it’s been a special time in my life. And it feels bittersweet seeing it end but it’s beautiful at the same time. I’ve appreciated our time together, I love you all, and here’s to the next adventure!

As far as superhero shows go, yes this is probably the best finale but who knows what AoS this year or the other arrowverse shows do in the coming years

I also think Dexter, The Mentalist, Justified, White Collar, Bones, Rescue Me, Chuck & Parenthood all had amazing (practically perfect) endings,
I'm just saying Arrow is up in the conversation with all of those for the best for my personal favorite

I remember when I was just a kid coming home from school and looked up what was coming on tv that evening saw that some show called Arrow was coming and thought that I'm gonna give it a shot and here we are 8 years later watching the series finale. This show meant alot to me growing up and I am sad to see it go but so happy I sticked around to watch it. Thank you Arrow
One of my favorite moments in Arrow was when Oliver told Felicity in 2x23 "Slade took the wrong woman...I love you."
One of my favorite Blindwave Arrow moments was when Slade came back in 5x22 and you guys were so excited when he was revealed.
Season 2 was definitely my favorite season with the death stroke story. One of my favorites lines of the show was MIA “Thank you for letting me be a part of your story even if it was only for a little while” is so great, not only talking about the part of arrow with her character but Oliver’s entire journey and reflecting back to everything that’s happened and it’s so emotional

This was a FANTASTIC finale. So many series struggle with the finale(though usually the last 10 minutes or so are good) but Arrow nailed it the whole episode.

I feel like they could’ve gotten Earth-Prime Laurel to be like Earth-1 Laurel but be given Earth-2 Laurel’s memories by J’onn.
The finale explained why they didn't do the backdoor pilot last. It set up how Mia was aware of the new reality, allowing Sara to just go snag her. Also I love how the usage of Time Bureau tech to just hop into the future or past is a thing. It opens HUGE possibilities for the spin-off.
I was ready to say goodbye to Arrow but I didn’t want to and I was extremely emotional watching the episode I have a weird connection to Arrow as it’s my favorite Arrowverse show but also the Pilot debuted on my 15th birthday

I love this finale, but three things would have made it perfect for me.
1. One final "My name is Oliver Queen" monologue.
2. Slade Wilson. Maybe in the scene with the statue have a quick shot of Slade standing on a rooftop a ways away from the ceremony holding a lantern, and then Slade says something like "You did good, kid".
3. Robert Queen. The flashback we got was good, but I would have loved to have seen a quick sendoff for Oliver from his dad. My idea was they meet in the afterlife, and Robert tells him that he completed the mission and righted his wrongs or something of that nature.
Also, if David Ramsey ISN'T in the Green Lantern show I will be rather disappointed. He's EARNED the right to be John Stewart.

Favorite episode : S2 E15, The Promise, where Slade Wilson shows up in the present timeline and becomes Deathstroke in the flashbacks

PS : We know the CW is not allowed to do that, but I would have loooooved an spin-off show called "Deathstroke".
Synopsis : After teaming up one last time with his former archenemy, The Green Arrow himself, Slade is on the run, caught up by his criminal past. The numerous enemies he made during his Deathstroke career are gathering for an old-fashioned vendetta. Slade has to forge unexpected alliances and don the mask once again.
(If we have to reiterate the narrative schematic of the Arrow series, we could have flashbacks of Slade during the few years before season 2, when he was making himself infamous as Deathstroke. That could be a good opportunity to tie in the threats he has to fight in the present timeline.
And thanks to his criminal career, we could have old acquaintances returning to the show (as cameos or secondary characters) ! Deadshot, Anatoly, Amanda Waller, Malcolm Merlyn, Weather Wizard before he got his powers (just because the awesome Liam McIntyre is way too underused)... why not an awkward reunion between Slade and Sara Lance ! And so much more ! So many possibilities ! With a Deathstroke CW show, sky would be the limit !
Also... it would be pretty easy to produce. Urban warfare, very few (if not) metahumans...)
I like how Diggle takes about the world being a little bit darker without Oliver in it right when he opens one of the brightest objects in the universe
Apparently the Slade scene at the beginning wasn't new footage. It was unused from _Unthinkable,_ and was meant to be Oliver wishing he'd saved his mother.

I really can't believe it's over. Arrow hasn't always been the best show, but god has it kept me gripped. When I first discovered it I fell in love, and like many people here I found blind wave thanks to it. My favourite season of arrow was season two, just for the pure quality of the show at that time, but my favourite moment was the end scene of season five, I can still remember the chills of that cliffhanger. My fave reaction of yours was the end of season six, Aaron's tears were so beautifully genuine, and I really felt the emotion of the moment. I sincerely hope that spectre Oliver has a chance to reappear at some point, and I will continue to love the rest of the revamped arrowverse. Thank you blind wave and thank you Stephen Amell. This song is over, but the story never ends.

The writers have been showing that Diggle will become a Green Lantern for a while.
1. Spartan's suit suddenly took on a Green hue
2. In Elseworlds, the Flash from Earth-90 says to Diggle, "John where's your ring? You must not have it yet on this Earth..."
3. Diggle's stepdad is revealed as General Stewart.
8 long years and many great memories of arrow and many great moments and memories of arrow reactions thank you to the entire arrow team for the sweet memories .
It took me a year to finally watch this episode and I will forever cherish this show as I have watched and invested my time in it and I will miss this show as it was one of the best tv shows of its time!

Arrow was the first tv show that I watched as a formal tv show (I was 13 when the show began) and thanks to Arrow I got into reaction videos... I discover Akasan and Blind Wave in the same week and man it was an amazing trip.... 8 amazing years where I found the CW universe and the reactions universe, it really feels like the end of an era

I thank the whole cast, crew and just everyone who worked on this show. It was the right time to end it and I’m happy but sad that it’s over.

This show...changed me. I know it sounds silly. But I used to watch everything just on when it came on my local tv-network. I binged season 1 and most of season 2 of Arrow and afterwards the journey began. And my god what a journey it has been. And honestly without the Arrowverse I probably would have never discovered Blind Wave. So yeah, the Arrowverse changed a lot for me. Thank you producers, writer, all the actors in special Stephen Amell. But also Blind Wave for covering this on the old channel and here. Thank you for this journey and I am glad to get to know you, cause it's all a lot better now.
