I said it so many times on your channel. Most people in 🇨🇲 don't know how to build nice first class kitchen, bathrooms and gardens. This is mostly the weekness of all those very nice homes and condos. You will see a first class garage, a first class living room, first class bedrooms but average or really poor bad rooms and kitchens, and most of the time NO GARDEN, NO GREENS outside, NO FLOWERS, ZERO!!
The reason is that so many cameroonians don't think about spending quality time in those rooms, as in the other rooms. Their thinking is "you don't need luxury to cook , to have a shower, or outside"
A Huge misconception of living accommodation.

If I would rent those? I'll prefer to go Rwanda or Tanzania. I won't rent more than 150k monthly in Cameroon and I should expect first class because is not like is 100% save or have medical insurance or roads are constructed.

These properties are quite affordable in my opimion for the middle class with 2 working adult( husband and wife) in full time proffessional job can easily afford property going between 200,000 - 400,000.
The eye catching property going for 1,000,000 is top norch 👌 looking very wealthy although i would add that the landlord should have given more value to the kitchen 😢

the 1,000,000 cfa franc is the one I like. but I also would like to buy a vacant lot in bastos the size is 5,000 square meter corner lot and the road should already be concrete road. the lot should also be a morning sun lot I believe in fengshui. I'm investing in an emerging country like Cameroon. I'll build there 4 level house and 5 cluster houses within the lot.
