Y’all are saving my life with this video series, thank you!!
Oh stfu paranoid schizophrenic
who else thinking the way the person pipette is not correct...... slightly slanted from 90 degree is okay but horizontally aspirate is strictly not the way right?
HI CHEF JOHN HERE, AND WELCOME TO FOOOD WISHES
😂😂😂, my immediate thought!!!!!!!!
Lmao I thought that too
Enjoyyyyyyy
Awesome video! Cannot thank you enough. Can you please soon upload the RNA exraction and nucleic acid extraction videos? Please!!!
Hi The Jackson Laboratory.
Thank you...from Indonesia
Interesting video, thank you! I noticed you did not add any DNA template (sample) to the tube. Please, can you explain why?
Really helpful. Thank You.
I LOVE YOU GUYS!
Thank you from Saudi Arabia ❤️
Where can we find a PCR student worksheet?
LOVE YOU
Is this the official website of jackson laboratory?
Lol the intro piano music is the same used by Red Letter Media in their movie reviews.
Thank you so much DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on CZcams you saved my life from this deadly PCR virus, I got cured within 14daysly herpesly herpes..........
Thankyouu 👍👍
You rotate the pipette with the back and slam the tip?! ...
this method for pcr?
Isn't that the wrong way of using a pipette? When drawing up liquid it should be upright and when ejecting out, it should be slanted right?
And the slamming the tip will mess the calibration
Why you didn't add the free nucleotides in the solution together with primers and Taq polymerase
???!!!!
yes you are right
red taq already has dNTPs in it, along with the buffer as well
@@FootyShorts510 Ahhhhh okay that makes wayyy more sense. Thank you for the clarification to this question, I was super confused too.
Me: Grabs a writing utensil to see how I hold a pen in comparison to the student in the video.😳
same!!
