I found a Mama Raccoon dragging her babies off of the roadway and showing them the way up a tree to an empty hole suitable for nesting in. Filmed at Heartland Forest, ON. May 12, 2024.
I just had my first visit with mama bringing her 3 babies by earlier today and again tonight...about the same size as those little guys. They were staying under the house during the day just peaking out from under the steps but came up on porch at night and splashed in the water bowls...so cute.
