I love how well you explain things. Your projects are really good and well made. I love how you add all links and descriptions in the boxes below. Thank you from a bringer crafter..
You are so awesome. I love your videos but mostly I love your happy personality. You keep it real and fun! Thanks for giving so much to the sewing community. I'm gonna make some baskets right now!
One of your best tutorials! Thank you for this useful project, and for explaining interfacing so well. I'm going to make dozens of these!
Thanks Marialla! :) - Dana
Thank you for all the fabulous ideas and tutorials!!! I have been enjoying replicating your awesome creations.
This is such a lovely sewing project. I've watched it a few times. Great to see you back online Dana. I'm looking forward to seeing some new videos from you. I'm based all the way over in Ireland. It's a long way from Texas but your videos are the best ones I have come across. You are a great teacher!
Had to pause to comment..love how simple and thorough your videos are..you make sewing look so easy (when sometimes it can be so frustrating) and enjoyable! A long time subbie from the Caribbean.
You make sewing so easy! Whenever I am trying something new I go straight to your channel to see if you've done a video on it.
Hi from Australia :)
Haha. Thanks Amelia! Hi back at you, from Texas :) Dana
I have literally learned everything I know from your videos. I have a very hard time learning new things. When I first got my sewing machine last year I knew absolutely nothing. I went through everyone's CZcams channel and yours was the easiest for me to understand. Thank you for your videos!
I 100% agree! Seeing that wall of interfacing (as a basic pattern and eas-project sewing kinda gal) is SUPER intimidating. I was looking at it for another pattern I was using, and seriously the people in the fabric store I go to are so lovely and patient with us non-sewing-knowing people! They helped me get on track and were super encouraging for my project!!! When in doubt, ask the people in the store they can have great input and maybe even make recommendations for future projects!
Thanks for this! I'm an experience sewer and just needed a refresher, but WOW! A youtuber that is prepped and ready with steps already done ahead and not doing it all in real time?! A tutorial that was fast, concise, and to the point?! And informative for a beginner without being condescending or jargon-y... I'm in awe. I will definitely be checking out the rest of your channel and your store! (got to support those doing it right!)
Your material is so adorable! I love its uniqueness. Great directions, too. I can always count on a professional look with homemade items that come from you.
aww what a great comment. Thank you Patricia! :) :) Dana
I just love watching your tutorials, I love your sense of humor! You are just so fun. Thanks Dana.
Aw thanks Joan! What a sweet comment :) Have fun sewing! Dana

Thank you from Italy!!

I Love these bins and your fabrics! You are the BEST sewing teacher especially for beginners!!!!! I truly appreciate ALL of your videos 💖
Thank you so much! That means a lot! I'm glad you enjoy the videos :)
Your channel is so great and you have a wonderful, happy personality!! Love it and glad I found you.
Thanks so much!
Hello, I am from Algeria.I want to tell you that I learned a lot from your videos and that it's a real pleasure to see you working .
Thank you Lylia! Enjoy your sewing adventures! Dana
You are so adorable! I'm very new to sewing and your tutorials are fantastic! The pacing is perfect for me to follow along, and you don't drag along with needless chatter like other videos! You are definitely my favorite sewing teacher. Thank you for all you contribute to the crafting and sewing community! Because of you, my projects look neat, clean, and not handmade!
aw shucks! :) Best comment of the day. Thanks Jen! You make me want to keep making videos! Dana
Yes, please keep making videos!
😍Awesome bin Dana!😍 I love how easy this comes together. I use this drop-in lining technique on most all of my tote bags and purses. Thanks for sharing this bin. Will definitely be making some for me and some for gifts. So nice to put a gift in a bin for giving. It’s like giving an extra gift. Love your channel. Hugs! 💝
Yes! A gift in a gift is awesome! :) Dana

Hi. I'm from South Africa and It's the first time I'm seeing your channel. I love the way you present the tutorials. I'm definitely going to make some bins. God bless and thanks again. 😊 💐
Thank you for the great pattern, I bought it and am so happy to see you have included an easy formula to make any size bin, very handy.
Awesome! Have fun making bins!
I love that you explain what interfacing is for us newbs. Most people just take for granted that everyone knows the terms and lingo.
awesome! Yes, I love when the basics are spelled out. I had to google "Fat Quarter" when I first started sewing :) . So many things to still learn!
This work is amazing.
Your tutorial is one of the best.
Please more of it.
Thank you
These are so cute! And practical. You make it look so simple and easy. I am going to make some very soon.
Love these bins and they are so easy to put together.
Thank you Dana, for making videos that helps newbies, like myself in creating great projects.
Keep them coming😀😀😊😉
Wow! Fabulous baskets and an excellent tutorial.
Just made mine... didn’t use felt though, used a wadding instead and my handles are made with the fabric as well. Also I made a decorative stitch on the top of the bin, it looks lovely... a pity we cannot post pictures in here... thank you...
Hello, from England! How cute are your baskets, I love them and can’t wait to make some. Great tutorial thank you so much x
I love your channel. your projects are exactly what i have been looking to do. Thank you!
I just came across this tutorial. Thank you so much for sharing. This is an awesome storage bin & so cute!
What a happy, professional video! Going to look at your others right now!
Thank you Dana for the tutorial and the pattern! I can hardly wait to get going on this for my craft room ❤️ 💛 💚 💙 💜
Yay! Have fun sewing :) They can become addicting! - Dana
Great job Dana !!!
You are so creative !!!
Beautiful bins... Very well explained tutorial... Intend trying my hand at making atleast one... Thanks a lot for sharing.
What a unique way to use up all that extra fabric...THANK YOU!!
This is so cute! Going to have to make a few. When ever I’m ‘top stitching’ and there are two different color of fabrics, I always change my bobbin thread and/or needle thread to match my fabric. Believe it or not I’ve never been given a ticket by bobbin police! LOL! Those little added details really make a project look professional! Thanks for sharing yours,
Thanks Geraldine! Absolutely, do what works best for you. 😁
This is the best tutorial I have watched. My liner always is too large and this is a simple way to remedy that! Thanks❤
i am so excited and nervous to try this pattern... thank you for the great video. I know I will have it playing and paused during each step just to keep me on track
Very nice clean work. Thank you from Turkey.
Love toot videos!! They're so easy to understand. I'm teaching myself to sew from CZcams alone. Yours are my favorite. I'd love to see how to add a button hole.
Awesome tutorial! This would be perfect for organizing the pantry or office
Thank you! I’m a new sewer and I love your easy to follow videos! 🥰
Thank you Nancy! Welcome to the sewing world!

Great job. Loved the baskets. Going to give it a try.
Love love love this bins very useful sizes. 😁 🎀 👑. Thanks for sharing. 😊 👍 👏
Dana these bins are just as adorable as you are 😙😙. Thanks for the great tutorial. I have recently started sewing since a year and these are just wonderful to make and gift. Your fabrics are beautiful. Just a bit apprehensive of procuring the interfacing. Don't get so many different types here in India.
Thanks again. Hoping to see more from you.
Aw thanks Angelyn! :) If you can't find that exact kind of interfacing in India, try out what's available and see how it works. Have fun sewing! Dana
Wow. Maravilhosa! Vou fazer com certeza! 🌷
I love this! I'm about to make a fabric bin for our winter hats and gloves to put in a cubby we have close to the door, so we can grab and go.
I love the way you work so tidy😘
What a brilliant tutorial! I so need more storage boxes for all my sewing notions! ;)
loved the comment at the end 'now go and make 10 more...' as once I do something well I want to go and make ''more''.....lol! 😁😁

Thank you for showing how to make your bin, I was never good at algebra or puzzles, but I can make it now!
Wow, I just made one of these to replace the scruffy amazon delivery box I've been using to store my cats toys! I am a beginner sewist and your tutorial made it so easy for me to accomplish this project!
Oh my gosh, that's a great idea! I'm going to do that too! haha. We just got 2 kittens and toys are everywhere :) Why didn't I think of this earlier?! Thanks for the idea :) Dana
Thank you , lovely fabrics.
I need to buy this pattern! Love the baskets.
Yayyyyy!! I’m so glad there’s a video for these! I bought the pattern so this is awesome addition!! Thank you Dana!!
Pattern?? :)
Yes, I bought the pattern off of Dana's website.
Loved it!! Super cute!! Thank you!!
I made a bin for everything I use from my thread spools to wonder clips, very helpful and so custumazable with the pattern
Awesome! I love having these bins in my sewing room. I use a bunch in my drawer...for wonder clips and safety pins :) Glad you made one!
just made one without the felt (didn't have any but wanted to try it) definitely would be better with the felt. not sure if my machine could go through all that material though.... will pick some up and try though.... thanks for sharing this and making it so easy to follow
Great instructions! Thank you!
Very discriptive thank you..I'm watching from South Wales UK.
Thanks Frances! Have fun sewing :) - Dana
Great idea thanks always watching and learning thanks
I'm seeing a basket for my rolls on the Thanksgiving/Christmas table!! Great directions. Thank you.
Oooo what a great idea! Love it!
Great instructions exactly what I was looking for
Yes! Thanks for keeping it simple! I was looking up how to sew a basket and seen your tutorial, I was like yep…that one
Haha. Awesome. Glad it was helpful! :) Have fun sewing! - Dana
Perfect solution!
I love your videos! I’ve made several items- even some with my granddaughters. I wish you had added a minute or two showing lid construction. I know it’s basically the same, but I’m a visual learner and it would have helped me
I'm not sure if I'm going to make this but I really enjoyed your project.
Love your tutorials are awesome and easy too. However I did check out the link below to see the Babylock machines didn't show prices, so I found a place near my home gonna check in person hopefully they have what I'm looking for. Thanks for sharing your creativity ideas. 🤗
Best CZcams project ever!
Happy New year
Will try making these and hope they come out as great as yours lol😊if not back to the drawing “opps” sewing board!!
Thank You very much for your tutorial 👍🌹
This is just what I needed! Thanks you!!!!
What a fun project! I do not have Decor Bond so I used fusible fleece instead. I didn't have any felt either, but my bin came out pretty good... maybe a little less structured than the one on the video, but it suits my needs.
Oh good! Thanks for sharing that with us! I'm glad it still worked out well! Have fun sewing more :) - Dana
Love your channel! Would you consider making a step by step how to for an over the door storage organizer?
Nice fun and easy project. When topstitching the top edge, take off the free arm extension (accessories box) and then you can sew with the right side facing up and the bulk of the box under the free arm.
yes! Excellent tip!
Great tutorial Thanks
These would be great for organizing drawers for intimates . Thank you
