I’m just glad the writers are clearly the same and didn’t change along with the animation studio, cause a lot of these did get more than a chuckle out of me, Simplest one being Wukongs “THIS PROVES NOTHING!” To the giant bird coming down.
there's definitely been a tonal shift, though, as i felt this season was much more... i dunno, i don't have the words to describe it. is it because all of MK's trauma has caught up to him? perhaps.
@@silverdrag0n_Yeah,defo.Sean Schemmel kinda warned us that season 5 is going to be 'MCU level of dark' Other than that,I personally think that this season is the most rushed of them all.It's like the animators aren't the only one scrambling to get things done.
@@claudius3359they kinda condensed a plot similar to s3 (treasure hunt before facing a big bad and gut wrenching emotional climax)...into 10 eps without a special. So the pacing is definitely *extra* fast here, though thats nothing new. Idk if we're even getting a special this season with the animators rushed enough as it is since it ended basically exactly like the s3 special (the final _final_ scene, i mean) so...

The whole "do it like tang" bit is my favourite part of the whole season i was screaming laughing. That and the absolute gut wrenching screams from Sean in episode 9 like DAYUM hit me right in my emotions. ;-; Why he have to do us like that?
I actually did not notice the animation had changed. So do tell, how can I see it? No really, to some that is a dumb question but I legit need to know Anyway, at least the comedy was still there And the heart too “LEGGGGOOOO”, yeah, I saw what they did there
It’s a bit stiff and less fluid in places, due to the switch to rigging (think stuff like MLP: Friendship is Magic or Bojack Horseman), but yeah it’s not bad. Hopefully, now that we have a whole season instead of just a trailer, people will chill out about it.
