I've been a fan since 2005 and seeing this is sad. I miss the good old days and I wish it was like that again. I love Brendon and Ryan with all my heart and respect their wishes but it would make me so happy to see Ryan and Brendon collaborate on a song together again. I regret being too poor to see them in concert when I was younger and I still am but I went for the first time on 03/07/17 as a gift from my Mom before she died of breast cancer. I aspire to have a good singing voice but the thing is I hate my voice and because I hate my voice I don't like singing in front of people which results in me not wanting to get vocal lessons
Just don't hold back when you sing, let it all out. When you hold back you don't hit the notes and that makes you self-conscience. Also look at videos on CZcams for some vocal exercises. Or if you have a piano or guitar make sure they're tuned properly and practice singing the notes on the instrument. Using chest voice and head voice. oh and make sure you sing songs in your range. like for instance my voice goes more towards the Frank Sinatra style and a little bit of soul/reggae. but my voice would sound horrible if I sang songs from Journey or Queen. Good luck!
