Neil Young!!
Reminds me of my Capoeira days😁
my God... how does he do that? I am 32 and I yern for this kind of training.... this is practical life related movement... this is the key to living a 100 healthy years...
Repetition after repetition of movement nothing else.
do you have any beginner moves to start with to gain the strength in various muscles?
That looked more like work then play..
They are not mutually exclusive. We work a serious play, we play a fun work
nice man))
It reminds me the Night Fox from the Ocean twelve 😉
Capoeira base!
00:40 and on. aaaawesome
woooooo
It's my plan to become a weightlifter. I love weightlifting and i want to take it as far as i can. But i know that at some point, I'm going to have to stop. No one olympic lifts forever, and i know that someday i will want something more. Weightlifting is and will be part of my journey, but movement will always be the foundation, and one day, i will move past weightlifting and mature through practices such as this. Few things excite me nearly as much.
How are things going now?
he plays on PS
Great music too! Does anyone know the song/artist?
Ido i follow your videos and watch them as you upload.
I know your method for a long time but dont know how to start exactly.
ill be happy if youll upload a beginner video or link me with an existing one.
regards from Haifa,
Aviv.
Hey Aviv, same goes with me. I decided to start with training to move on Hands + Legs on the floor together, play the game with the Ball & the Wall and stuff like this. I just looked for things I could imagine to try and just went for it
@@kungfuguitarboarder good on you mate
@@avivyl1234 thanks man. I totally understand that it's s hard to start with when you don't really got a teacher. I'd also love to have some people around to train with here in the south of Germany. I basically just try to learn movements I can't do yet and try to figure out on my own how to do them. E. G. trying to be able to do every movement you usually do with one part of the body with the opposite and instantly you'll find a lot of movement things to work on
@@kungfuguitarboarder good, you pronounce yourself in a versatile way.
@@avivyl1234 Thanks man, feel free to ask for anything if you need help, I'm just a beginner but maybe I can help somehow
Nice house.
For half a year I am working on animal movements. Now I am realizing that I want to be more fluid...flowing like Ido in the video. Incorporating a handstand, roll etc in my animal movement flow. Whats the best discipline to help me with my plan? Capoeira?
what music is this? cool video Ido!
wow
I wonder what would you do if you get sciatica.
Or how would you work with somebody with backpain issues.
MrYuro1993 I have that issue. I work through it. It helps with the pain but it’s still there; it makes it tolerable.
Brazilian capoera martial art
impresionante! ... quiero ver a Brock Lesnar hacer lo mismo O_o
afwe!
hey ido r u tarzan
Imagine what his neighbors think.
Some more beginner stuff I see... Cool cool cool
GET OUT OF BED KAREN AND FILM ME GO FLIPPY FLOP ON THE GROUND!
reminds me of break dance, just slower and not as explosive in the movement
+Travis Chi capoiera. ido trained formally in capoera- a lot of similar movements there and rhythms, he adopted a lot from that and yoga and bboyin
+Shadow Shadow traditional Breakdance maybe, but bboying culture right now is so diverse in movement(originality, flow, culture), I can't watch a few videos(like I did with this guy) and see the majority of movements used.
Big Up! Where are the lasers? XD czcams.com/video/j2MLnwLn_r8/video.html
Не мынау, адам ба, шайтан ба...???
love it
