How to Make Giant Siu Mai 燒賣 (Pork & Shrimp Dumpling)

HEY GUYS!!! Long time no see! It's been a while since I last uploaded onto this channel but I'm back! Today I'll be showing you how to create a giant Siu Mai. This recipe yields around 4 giant Siu Mai in total, but I only made one for demonstration purposes. If you don't want to make a giant version of this dish, you can always use the same recipe but make smaller ones instead!

Ingredients (YIELDS 4 GIANT SIUMAI)
Filling:
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Thumb Ginger Minced
5 Shitake Mushroom Diced
1lb Shrimp Diced
2lb Pork Diced
2 tbsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Corn Starch
Dough:
3 cup flour
2 eggs
½ cup water
Dipping Sauce (Adjust to Taste):
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Green Onion
Black Vinegar
