I got to tell you if there were young children and parents seeing this Thomas and Friends models with camera and other technologies, some of the young children would say "I want this" "I want that". Yet, the parents would say to the young children, "Santa Claus will get that for Christmas 🎄🎁."

The detail in these scenes is what really made Thomas! The later series and the CGI just never lived up this at all!! I hope in the future we see more of this detail.
I do think seasons 17-21 deserve some credit.
They must of had lots of fun using model trains that use live steam to make the Thomas and friends TV series filming and editing out parts that wouldn't of been appropriate for younger viewers. Absolutely brilliant TV series not only for younger viewers and also for older viewers too.
I agree. Thomas and Friends is like my ultimate comfort show. When I feel unwell or just generally need a pick me up, Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends have always had my back. I’m 36, no children of my own but I own the model railway series of the show as it’s so much a part of my childhood.
The beginning literally had me crying from laughter

Literally why do they keep trying to make Henry and a midnight freight train happen. He’s always gonna crash.
Practical effects will always reign supreme. I never liked the transition into CGI as a child. The environments and set pieces just don't feel the same compared to actual physical models. It's especially disappointing knowing the show now just looks like a cheap 2D cartoon made for babies. The soul of this show was lost a long time ago.
And the set designs required dedication to make

Hearing some loud bad languages and young children copying them would have them get sent to bed early
Can you please take a hint that CZcams removes comments for every video flagged as "made for kids"? It's supposed to be enjoyed by people of all ages, but if CZcams won't let us have anything with mercy, then we have no other choice but to put those in the video.
The model series catered to kids and adults alike and gave a realistic feel dispite nothing moving besides the trains and cars. The 3D cgi series catered to kids more but still retained some adult audience but lacked the realism the model series had minus the characters moving. The new 2D pee pee poo poo crap version catering to just kids which even that is pushing it. Whoever saw a train jump off the track and spin or move. The 3D version got into some of these moves in the last 2 seasons in preparation for this new version. Big World Big Adventure is a good example of this. The way Thomas and other characters moved was not realistic. Way to go mantel you ruined Thomas.
Profanity is inappropriate, swearing very bad, yep, it's going bye.
