A lot of things he said are actually true. Having lived there and visited that country as a women, I can say it's not very hard. Communication is easy. The good thing is now women can drive. It's lovely for tourists. Very safe country. The local saudi people are very friendly and you can have loads of fun if you are slightly careful about the rules. People should stop complaining about the laws there. Every country has it's own rules and norms and traditions. So please respect the local people and their choices and traditions and you can have a very good time actually.
P.S. Please don't start bashing me. I know what I'm saying. I've stayed there enough to say these points out loud.
    Peace.

No one should bash you. At the same time people shouldn't simply respect a country's laws.
Would you justify American slavery that way? Most likely not.
Women are women, whether they are in the West or the East.
We should support the progressives in countries where their basic rights are limited, not the powers that be. Have a good day.

Saudi Arabia is very strict compared to Bahrain, men are not allowed to enter some malls unless accompanied by a woman! which can be very troublesome

I'm an American who now lives in kansas but I lived in London as a kid. My best friend was a Saudi kid named Binhamoud who on reflection was probably from quite a conservative family.
Maybe now we disagree on a lot but as kids we just laughed and laughed.

Oh come on , I've lived in Saudi Arabia since my childhood ( 21 years). Saudis are really racist people. They don't respect any other nationals except Americans . There is a huge language barrier . And if you're in a problem, you're done! They won't understand anything. And no equal rights for men and women. There are no proper systems for anything in here . These people have a great Superiority complex. In short , Saudi Arabia is a country that is developing everything only for their nationals and not for expats and day by day the situations are getting worst . I won't suggest any expat to live over there now.
