One wonders how the Eastern Front might have turned out if the resources squandered during the exterminations, carried out behind the lines, had been available for actual combat use.
Jews were certainly targeted by Nazi troops, but overall, there were many more dead by bullets, mistreatment, starvation and rape in other groups at their hands. Stop focusing just on Jews, it's not a victimhood competition. And BTW, Nazis don't have a monopoly in horrors, not even in WW2. Many armies throughout history have sadly done the same, especially when having been brutalized with long warfare, losses, hellish pace, sadist commanders, etc.
