Lol, this is the first time I noticed Owain Yeoman's (Rigsby) accent completely slip (at around 4:00). I guess having another Brit opposite him made it hard to maintain the American accent.
Also, question from a non-American, how obvious is it to Americans that Rigsby and Jane are played by non-Americans (A Welshman and an Australian respectively)?
I watched the entire series a few years ago and it wasn't obvious until I knew. I looked them up because I did notice something interesting about their speech patterns. Once I knew it was very obvious when their accents slip on occasion.
I think I pegged Simon Baker as an Aussie almost immediately. Owain Yeoman was slightly less obvious to me (though in retrospect his accent sounds horribly fake).
The bad lady played the wife of Jimmy(Cas) Novak on Supernatural
She also played Whitney Frost in Agent Carter.
So many funny moment this episode🤣 My personal favorite is when the doctor tried to get under Grace's skin and she was like...I worked with Patrick Jane for nine months🤣🤣

What happened to the latest criminal minds that episode?
this has to be the worst mentalist episode
over the top, yes, but worst out of all? IDK. While a truly questionable portrayal of hypnosis, I can still think of at least three that are worse over all. I wont list them outright to avoid spoilers for our host, but there are some pretty bad ones. That said, there are 7 seasons, so a handful of bad episodes are inevitable.
there are far worse episodes imo. at least more boring for sure
@@andreak.5996 i personally find the first season the worst in general , but this one is too convoluted and has much less of patrick jane's personality and intelligence, I find all the other episodes great , granted i mostly like patrick jane and his scenes, idc about the rest of the crew's shaningans for the most part
@@animeandcartoonshticks1394 Unpopular opinion! I personally love the first season and this episode is great because it's a sharp contrast to what Jane does vs. his past and what people do to make money off of it. I think Van Pelt sums it up greatly when she says she's been with Jane for 9 months now so they will have to do better lol. And we got to see Rigsby push past some barriers by kissing her, and she totally is down for it.
@@Timmycoo this episode was about jealousy i don't where you see the money part and jane didn't have a past using hypnosis to make money , Van Pelt is an interesting character on her own , but her relationship with rigsby is terrible, beyond looks i never got why she liked him , yeah he is kind but he is the least kind person in the team
