Get ready for another exciting episode of Adventures With The Cohns! Join us as we head back to the place where Jennifer and I got married, but only this time we’re visiting a new area for us.
On today’s adventure we’re heading down to Palm Island Park which is in Mount Dora, FL. We’ve never been here, so we thought it would be a fun experience to take the girls to see what Mount Dora looks like.
We began our journey at Palm Island Park. It was one of the three sections we explored. While there, we spotted an alligator in the water. There happened to be a baby one, but we missed that one. There's a variety of trails you can walk through and may feel like you didn't see it all.
After going through Palm Island Park we ventured over to Grantham Pointe where we saw something cool and the girls thought it was amazing. I'll leave that as a surprise. 🤣
As we ended our adventure, we took the girls over to Gilbert Park, so they could play before we left the area.
We definitely had a great time visitng Palm Island Park and would recommend everyone find time to visit this place as well.

This is our town. We walk to this park daily as we live in Mount Dora. There are kayak rentals here at the park now. Also, the Christmas lights are quite unusual. Great day trip here. No camping, but a nice little diversion if you are near Orlando. There are boat rentals at the nearby Mt Dora Marina. Thanks so much for your terrific videos!
