@@nrdify they arenât being blamed for his actions but Bentley has made clear statements that heâs not comfortable around Ryan and then Jen and Larry say things like we canât have a party without your dad, go give him a hug, talk to him, take a picture with him, ect. Thatâs guilt tripping and making the child feel responsible for a relationship with Ryan. They pretend Ryan doesnât do anything wrong and his addiction is the all covering excuse. I know addiction is a disease but if Ryan really wanted a relationship with his son he would be sober, admit his mistakes, and try to improve the relationship on Bentleys terms. Thatâs what a parent does expessially when they are the ones who have messed up.
The passion this man has for a child thatâs not his is amazing!! They are lucky that macie even allows them to have a relationship with Bentley! She donât trust that they will do the right thing for Bentley because of how they stick up for Ryan and make excuses for him. I am 100% on Macie and Taylorâs side with this one!
I agree but fortunately and unfortunately, they can go to court for grandparent rights for visitation. I guess if anything, a court can decide if the environment would be fit for Bentley.

I donât either unfortunately. Old boy dipped out on her when she was pregnant with Stella, she makes the best decision SHE can and decides to put her up for adoption, tells old boy and he convinces her things will be different and that heâll be there for her and his daughter, then dips AGAIN.
And yet sheâs over here worried about how much DeâVoin is spending on his jeans like he hasnât been paying you steadily for months.
My old roommate has a baby mom like this, and heâs always there for his son, and they were doing child support outside the courts and he gave her $400 EVERY WEEK. I covered what rent he couldnât and the bills he couldnât make because he was supporting his son.
One week she asked for more money and he told her no so she took him to court. He had a full time mechanics position and had a roof over his head and food in the fridge for this boy. He turned in all the receipts for anything that was for his son, and when it came time for her to turn in her receipts they were mostly from fine wine and good spirits.
She went in getting $400/WEEK and came out with getting $52/MONTH. It was probably the best karma I had ever heard of someone getting.
My brother pays 1000$ a month in child support for his 2 boys and his baby mom is the fuckin worst!! Shes with some guy that has 2 daughters he only sees one and barely sees her and never pays his child support! My brother gets his kids every other weekend because that's all she allows him. When he ask for more time she says no. But tells everyone he is a deadbeat and that her bf is there dad and all kinds of nasty shit. Like the shit she says makes me see red !!!!! I hate those type of mothers

At the end of the day, Maci and Taylor are protecting Bentley. Yes Ryan might be his biological father however he really hasn't been there for his son. Taylor took that role over once he stepped into Maci's life. I believe Jen and Larry need to take a step back and realize how Taylor has been there for Bentley when their son wasn't. Taylor showed Bentley unconditional love, support and has helped Bentley grow up into the young man he is today. Jen and Larry need to take a step back and see all the damage they've done enabling Ryan. Bentley shouldn't have to do anything he doesn't want to. I think Macie has been being the bigger person for years, wanting whatâs best for Bentley and making sure he knows his other family, half-trusting her son is safe with his grandparents, whom she doesnât even know well enough, to be quite honest, and who have put Bentley in situations that are far from ideal, and often uncomfortable for him.

I think that's what's going on. In Briana's mind, she believes that Devoin should be helping her with bills and he is not obligated to do this. She believes that he should be helping her with her bills because she is taking care of his daughter but he is not obligated to do that. There are many baby mamas out there like Briana who feel that it is the baby daddy's responsibility to take care of them too and its not. Their obligation is the child. Devoin is not obligated to pay Briana's bill. He does not live with her nor are they married so he is not obligated to help her with her bills. Briana is a grown ass woman. Her bills are her responsibility. Its not Devoin's fault that Briana is living in a house that she cannot afford to maintain.

She is decked out in designer brands. She's wearing Louboutins. Last reunion she had a whole Gucci belt that was probably someone's entire rent but she has no money. Last season she took a trip to Puerto Rico with her "secret bae" but she claims to have no money. I don't ever see any of the other Teen Moms wearing designer brands to the reunion. They come to the reunions looking pretty basic. Briana is the only one that shows up wearing designer brands. Kail wears jeans and sneakers. Leah might put on a nice top or dress but that's it. Briana comes dressed like she is attending a red carpet event.
