My kids have had the hardest time with winding down for bed. I came across your videos not knowing what to expect. They always want me to tell them stories then end up not falling asleep for about 2 hours, your stories get them to sleep in about 5 minutes. We’ve been listening to your videos for about two weeks now and they’ve been a saving grace.

I agree. It's the best countdown I've heard, and I often wish you'd start at a higher number! "What's gone is gone, and what will be, will be." That alone has changed my attitude so many times!
I fall asleep during the relaxation part. Seldom hear much of the stories. But been listening during these cold days. Still makes me nap, but I hear a little bit more

My 3 year old daughter has been having nightmare the past couple of weeks, so I thought I would give this a try ; she was sound asleep before the story even started and without getting scared of having a horrible dream, fingers crossed this helps her have nice dreams tonight. Thank you ❤
A couple of weeks is longer than normal. That sounds like she might be going through something stressful or even traumatic. I hope she can open up to someone. Trauma gets worse if not.
There’s a lil boy at nursery who is autistic and she is scared of him as he can be quite heavy handed, she’s was having lots of dreams about him, thankfully she has gotten used to him and is no longer having nightmares

I love the first picture of Tulips. They are my favorite type of flowers. The magical artwork of the forest with Alice, the bear and the owl is perfect. The music is perfect, not too high pitched and reminiscent of a lullaby 🎶. I always loved walking through the forest when the sun streams through the trees.It's such a heavenly, magical and other worldly feeling. This story brings back memories of my childhood when I would run and play with my siblings and cousins in the forest. The hills, valleys, streams and trees were our friends. Sister moon ( as I call her ) has always meant so much to me as I have been comforted by her light through many great and sometimes sad moments of my life. This is such a sweet and beautiful story ❤. Thank you for bringing restful sleep to us. I pray for the protection , health and provision for you and your family 🙏. ❤

If I could tell myself something as a kid it would be Feelings are Never "Wrong" so Don't let anyone ever shame you for feeling upset etc, esp for standing up for yourself, not even your parents, and not even anger. Anger protects your boundaries. You are worthy. You are important. ❤
Edit: I won't apologize for this, and though I agree it's not a good idea for kids to put their age out there, I took the opportunity to share what could've saved me decades of pain, and I don't regret that.

It’s a long shot; but could you do a story about Australian Christmas? It’s so different and beautiful. Or just a story about Australia! I cried to this one. It touched my heart you did it for kids when most people refer to these as adult bedtime stories but unless they are nsughty shouldnt have an age limmit. I love these stories and teaching kids to dream with thier eyes open or shut is beautiful.

I just discovered this while babysitting when I couldn’t download the book I was going to read. The story and artwork worked like magic on both kids! I love your channel! I am a teacher and plan to share this with the parents! It would be amazing to have one of these as a “calming reset for transitioning the kids when they are rowdy.” I don’t want them completely asleep. Just calmed. Maybe you could release something like that?
