I have to say something here that may sound very naive to others, I admit that what I am about to write is very naive.
The game has simply become too complicated for me, the gameplay in connection with the fact that you can play better with different weapons and equipment, I don't understand how it all works any more
I've stopped playing the game because I just can't get my head round it any more.
Nevertheless, I would like to compliment the video creator, as I can see, the game can be played very well, which makes me happy to watch.

Is it true that the German game is censored and the American version is more extensive and brutal?

I should ask again if there are state institutions in America that check every computer game for brutality and marketing?

Gaming companies should be controlled by the states, but I have no idea what level of restrictions these are. However, I know that there are more advanced restrictions in some South East Asian countries.
