I dont always have coconut milk on hand so I’ll just use water and a little extra creamer 😋 that brand of creamer has a sugar free version and it’s sweetened with allulose
from what i know metal actually takes away from some of the matcha benefits and changes the taste if it comes into contact with it, so id recommend using wooden things to handle it if you want to!

Is the coconut milk not too heavy? I love matcha and been having it every morning. I've tried oat, almond, and regular, and all seem a bit too heavy for the morning, about 12 oz
That's caffe latte, latte means just milk. Some simpletons just started to drop the word caffe, though even in Italy it's nowadays understood what you want if you order latte.
Matcha powder has a healthier, cleaner version of caffeine. But if I drink it too often it drops my blood pressure too low and I end up fainting 😂 so I love it but it doesn't love me back

High-quality Matcha latte is my favorite. I have it at home each day.
Instead of a frother, use a traditional Chasen or matcha whisk. It makes it very frothy, plus no lumps of the matcha!
Filtering matcha through a sift over the liquid and then frothing will also eliminate lumps.
