- Are you dreaming of changing life and moving to Italy or France? In this video I will share my experience and useful information to get a full overview of pro and cons of each country, in particular in Milan and in the area of Nice.
As a discaimer I talk of working as employee as software engineer, for other jobs and working types the considerations may differ.
Good video... I live in Torino, work as a Sr Software Engineer and earn 50k a year. I still think its a low salary😢
50k in Italy is actually very good, Torino should be also less expensive than Milan so that salary would get you more purchasing power there. Usually jobs that pay over 50k in Italy are on management level or few other niche roles.

Ciao! la situazione è sempre la stessa purtroppo .. lo stipendio ovviamente dipende dall'avere un titolo di studio o no e da quanto ci si sa vendere e si sa fare. Ho visto posizioni junior da 20-23k di RAL senza laurea, ma anche con la laurea se non si ha esperienza di solito si parte da meno di 30K di RAL. Di riferimento uso Milano, ma penso sia più o meno simile anche nelle altre città

well, for sure there are in my apartment in Nice😄 but when I go to read or walk on the promenade usually I don't get bitten by mosquitoes.

No I don't, now I managed to get around 50k but in Nice area. For 80k in France is not so easy, it's a really high salary even for Paris. To reach 80k in France you probably need to find a big company based in Paris and being at a senior or managerial position.
