Block bench was very very useful for addon creators especially the custom styled mobs,create animations,and more and almost anything 3D models for minecraft
Nah blender + forge + months wasted on learning java + a year or 2 if java practice + sanity lost + eclipse (a java ide) + a few others with the same or more knowledge in java + sleep lost to making blender models + play testing + getting people to use the mod + a good idea + a library = mediocre mod

I cant do this myself so here is what i want you to hopefully make in the future I want a water godess with long purple hair, a turquoise mermaid tail and a abundant of jewelry on her including a small golden crown (cannot be obtained once you kill her) She will be sleeping in a temple with a holy crown on a pedestal as an offering to the dead sea god If you try to steal it she will awaken and summon her trident The trident can summon strong currents to push you away, coral reefs coming out of the ground to stab you and summon various sea creatures to attack you. Fight her at your own risk. In the temple, there will be air pockets everywhere to refill your oxygen bar If you manage to kill her, the holy crown can be obtained by all players that took part in the fight( recommended to fight with a group of people because she has a shit load of HP) The crown cannot be used by other players and if you take the crown off and another player tries to steal it, they will get struck by lightning and die The crown is enchanted with unbreakable IV,Curse Of Binding, Aqua Affinity IV, Depth Strider IV, Respiration IV, Lure IV,Luck of The Sea IV. As it cannot be taken off (because of Curse Of Binding) It gives stronger protection than diamond armor for compensation. You can nerf the crown by choosing only a few of the enchantments but i think it will be unfair as i made the sea goddess really strong too so if you choose to nerf either, you have to nerf the other. I hope you see this comment i spent so long on this 😅
Wish blockbench could get imported to Java, making new mobs that way, since I dont care for bedrock, and dont plan on buying bedrock anytime soon, and I do know how to 3d model, but im to lazy for bedrock

Blockbench has been out before they announced it, and was a pretty well known thing in addon creator communities.

Using the Blockbench Minecraft Entity Wizard you can create a mob that doesn’t remove any existing ones.
