I think for biriyani aluminium or hard anodized cooker is a good choice.

Is the handi cooker okay to cook rice? The small cooker i have now leaves water in the end while cooking rice. So planning to buy this

i recommend people not to buy this because i bought this product it spare(gasket) parts not available easily and believe me u will regret after buying this..
