    Ingredient required to make Daliya
    Cold pressed mustard oil two 2-TBsp
    Mustard seeds ¼ -Tsp
    Cumin seeds Half-Tsp
    Onion 1-small
    1- dry red chilli
    Some curry leaves
    Half-Tsp ginger garlic paste
    1-chopped carrot
    Half-cup French beans
    half-Tsp Turmeric powder
    Half-Tsp Coriander powder
    Moong daal ¼ -Cup
    Half-cup Roasted borkenWheat ( daliya )
    1-Tsp Rock salt
    2 and half cup water
    Some fine shopped Coriander leaves
    2- pinch garam masala
    "First, heat 2 tablespoons of cold pressed mustard oil in the Prestige Deluxe 2 Ltr cooker on a medium flame. Add 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and let them splutter for a few seconds."Next, add 1 chopped small onion, 1 dry red chilli, and a few curry leaves, and sauté until the onion turns translucent. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.Now, add 1 chopped carrot, 1/2 cup of chopped French beans, and 1/4 cup of moong dal, and sauté for a minute. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1/2 cup of roasted broken wheat (daliya), and sauté for another minute."Add 1 teaspoon of rock salt and 2 and 1/2 cups of water, and mix well. Close the lid of the Prestige Deluxe 2 Ltr cooker and let it cook on a low to medium flame until you hear 4 whistles.Once you hear 4 whistles, turn off the flame and let the pressure release naturally.
